I have been reading this discussion. I think people figured the week knees thing out along time ago. There use to be a beleif that boxers training for a match should not have sex becuase it would weaken their knees, since it has been written off as a wifes tale.

Hi... i am also having a habbit of masterbation when i was 13 n now m 17... as i have read ur messsgae on this site i want to tell u that my both knees r moving from there place n my right knee hurts alot when i do exercise, i have lilttle memory loss n b4 masterbation n was also a very brilliant student.... i also do exercise that includes pushups, situps, squats, dumbbells, n other steps n i told u that m having masterbation habbit i have lost my stamina, i also dont even smoke. i have tried alot to avoid this habbit but i always failed.... i have da same problems which do u have....... plzzzzzzzzzzz tell me da way that how do i avoid this habbit...... i also think habbit very bad it destroys da man........

The only way u can stop masterbation is by not doing it when u feel like u want to or get a girl i did that n it works n my legs r different knees not pop out,big,stong but i had to go the hard way i dint get a girl .you have to fight whith ur heart

Here is my story come from experience. Who say masturbate is good are not totally true. 1 times for 1 week is normal. 1 times in 2 week will give u more pleasure. 1 time for 1 month give you best sexual pleasure. In our biological body, input and output must be balanced. Masturbation cost a lot of various vitamin lost. As i say, input and output is balanced!, its no problem. 3 or 4 times in a week, i do 7 times in 1 week because of stress. Result, i have no apetite to eat. i sleep more than 12 hr a day.
