I tell you, get 6-7 hours of sun during the summer(go with shorts and without a shirt under the sun , with breaks, use spring to prepare for the summer. The summer will ensure you a pure healthy heart and free from masturbation / nasty thoughts. THEN, you MUST use fall/winter to rest(no sports) other wise you will be dried up from the sun.(think why Indians, Africans live short)

Get lots of sun during the summer, this will clear all the nasty thoughts feeling and emotions from you. same, i have worst pain in m left knee, i had very high stamina, but now i cant even play for 20 mins thi i smoke, but masturbation is another reason too, plus my sleeping pattern is a mess, i feel tired all the time and feel sleepy. my worst worry is my knee, that day i was thinking what if i cant walk anymore, its that bad. few months doctors said have a bit problem on the bones, but it was ok then. but now, it hurts 24/7 sometimes i cant even sleep i use pain killer, ill be happy if the reason is masturbation cuz i will stop it, tho its hard as i do it everyday
Anonymous apparently... if it has really, and I mean actually, something that you do often and takes up your time, if you don't have other problems that might have caused it (as for the concentration and homework, stress, maybe a brain disability), it might be a problem. In your case it sounds mixed. You might have pulled a muscle at some time in your life. Whatever you do, don't be overly lazy and don't cut off your blood supply by crossing your legs (I have have problems like that), and I'm sure you can solve the rest yourself.

it is up to u brother, me and every one who suffers from bones pains that is concurrent with masturbation. the first thing we thinks of is that the masturbation is the reason. so we go to doctors, surf the internet and do scans and we figure out nothing.. but the truth is that the masturbation is the reason. not only for bones pains but also for muscle atrophy and tendons torn. if u are an athlete u will figure out this clearly and so early. if not u will also figure that out but it will take time to feel the whole dysfunction of ur body. i masturbated for 7 years at least once a day. during the first 5 years i didn't figure out any dysfunction that makes me cut off so i kept masturbating. now when i go to the gym or when i go sprinting i feel a horrible dysfunctions with my bones, muscles and tendons. when i was 13 i wasn't a masturbator i was healthier than now. so when my healthy go down this way there is no doubt that the masturbation is the reason. now the next step for me is how to cut off not to know if the masturbation harmful or not. so u have to save time going to doctors or surfing the internet to know if the masturbating is harmful and use that time to think: how will u cut off.
i have been masturbating for the last 27 years. i felt no problem till the age of 40 but now i am 41 and all bad things happening to me. Due to excessive masturbation now my calcium level is 7.5 ng/ml which should be above 30. i enjoyed a lot without any health problem. i think that there is no harm in masturbation and it is good for health but better keep this in limits.
