No real answers but at the age if 40 I just had it happen, same partner no changes so I think a blood vessel ruptured, I had orgasmed a lot and the intercourse was ruff so that's my guess

I hav a similar problem whenever i have vaginal but the ting is the sex doesnt hav to b rough for me to bleed. Its jus from the anus. And it doesnt feel like the blood is coming from inside me but feels like my anus is torn.. it happens right aftr having sex and it continues for like couple days. Its like it doesnt get enough time to heal b4 it tears again. I went to doctor n was told that either my anus is tight or that i am constipated; which i kno im not, yet still he prescribed stool softener which i kno i dont need. I am wondering if its the constant thrusting while having sex which causes my anus to get tight

After sex I went an pee and I noticed yesterday that a little blood was coming out from my anus, just blood no pain...first time this ever happened. But this only happens after sex. What could be the problem?

I've had this problem for years. Turns out because I don't have a bowel movement regularly I have stool sitting and waiting to come out. While having vaginal intercourse the stool is getting pushed back into my rectum and it's causing trauma back there. Nasty I know but making sure I have a good bowel movement before intercourse alleviate all my worries afterwards. No more rectal bleeding for me!!

It's hemmeroids! I've had this problem and the hemmeroids get irritated during intercourse especially if your man has a large penis.
There could be a small tear around your back passage witch can cause a substantial amount of blood nothin to worry about but could be caused by the angle in witch you are having intercourse I’d advise abstain from intercourse for a week or two seek advice from your gp they will give you a cream and tell you to take laxatives to soften your stools (reason for knowing girlfriend had the same probblem)
Everytime I grind real hard and have an orgasm I get anal mucus as well it must be common. Maybe the grinding rubs against the anus as well.

Get wormed. I have the same symptoms and last time I had them I got wormed. It stopped. I am getting wormed again now for the same reason. Tinindazole.
