Probably caused by food allergies. Get tested & eliminate them
I have had a pesky, flaky, red spot right under my eyebrow for a long time. Nothing worked to get rid of it. And because it was so close to my eye, I had to be careful of creams with cortisone. Foderma serum worked almost immediately. Within 2 days it was completely gone. I continue to use it on my face and limbs (had a similar flaky area on my shin, cleared that up too). It feels great and lasts all day long. It also helps to soothe areas affected by bug bites. Highly recommend foderma!
I also think you have Perioral Dermatitis. Whatever you do, don't use hydrocortisone or any other steroid cream!
