I'm in the same exact position. I think we are rare. I have managed to find some information on reducing the outer labia majora it's asked labia majora reduction: it involves liposuction and possible cutting off skin to reduce the outer lips the scar will fall between where the majora lips meet the minora 'lips' well in my case just outside the vagina entrance since there are no inner lips.

Seriously, you should not be self-conscious at all. Most guys find the inner labia to be a hindrance (it was mentioned earlier that there are tons of places on the internet that deal with how to reduce them, but very little about not having them. The reason for that being that guys don't mind if you don't have them.). They're like pubic hair. If you don't have it, yes we'll notice, but seeing as it just makes it harder to pleasure you anyway (so much cunnilingus stops because of hair in the mouth), we're glad to be rid of it.
