hey im 15 and i have a 34 I........i HATE it...it annoys the heak out of me.....u should get the sergery if its affecting your job....im getting mine reduced to cs when im 16
This is a really horrible thing to say. Why would you get a reduction just to go to a still large size which would still afftect being a ballet dancer. Get a clue, because you don't get serious suregry to get breats the size others are getting reduced.
I am 16 and a size 32 J.
I think size D is a perfectly healthy size, and am hoping to get reduced to around a D, maybe DD. Maybe even E. Anyways, just saying, think about that before complaining.
Hello,
I'm 12 and I want a my breasts smaller. They Ar esaggy and im like the only girl in my grade with such big breasts! I'm tired of it! What can I do?

This again is unfair to say. Just because you have bigger breasts, doesn't mean they are the only ones that are big. If you go to a DD, you will still have problems. Thousands get REDUCED from DD, not reduced TO DD. Have a little compassion - no one's ever happy with what they have, but you're no more important that anyone else.
THIS IS SO TRUE!
I am 32 J, and I am 17 years old. I am definitely considering breast reduction surgery... I guess my answer isn't too helpful, just to let you know that others are going through the same thing (maybe even worse...)
I'm 32 J so...
Hey guys ! Im 17 years old and it's the summer before my Senior year in High School. I found this page and some of the stories on here brought me to tears because of the similarities i have with some of the girls. I've had a pretty difficult life... well not THAT difficult but there are definitely issues here and there. My mother has been in and out of jail since I was born and I dont know who my biological father is but I have AMAZING friends and family. Unfortunately my siblings like to make fun (im the youngest btw) and they just dont understand how much their comments hurt, and im a sensative person who doesnt really know how to let things go so i'll think about their comments for hours before it doesnt really bother me anymore. Anyways, Im 5"5' 195 lbs and my breasts are a 38E ... incase you guys dont know, thats HUGE. When im not wearing a bra, they sag and I feel disgusitng without a bra unless im in the shower. I dont have stretch marks SURPRISINGLY, but I do have the following: Lower and upper back pains, indentions in shoulders, frequent headaches, shortness of breath when engaged in physical activities, etc. Also, when I lay down on my back, i feel like someones lightly pushing down on my chest and partialy my neck. My huge breasts have killed all the confidence and self-esteem I've ever had and when I look in the mirror, I dont feel pretty. Im currently living with my Aunt and Uncle and they have kids of their own so I still have Medicaid (Health insurance for low income families). I have been researching Breast reduction surgery for about a year now and Im 100% sure that I want to have the surgery done. I'll off to college around this time next year and that gives me a chance to start over. Back to the Medicaid... not many surgeons accept Medicaid and i live in a city called Columbus where there is only one (I think) Plastic Surgeon that does breast Reduction and Im pretty sure they dont accept Medicaid. So my only hope is to find a sergeon in Atlanta which is like 2 hours away... if yure reading this, pleeeeease pray that God is in my favor when it comes to finding a surgeon to do the procedure... Thanks for your time. ***this post is edited by moderator *** ***

And? Does that make you better than someone that's a 32E? No, it doesn't, so if you don't want to be here in consideration of others, then leave.

Hi, im 16 and ive been considering breast reduction for a fair few months now. i have a very small figure and only 5'1 but i have really large breasts for my body (i think they are a D/DD). Not many people understand that having large breasts isnt the best, despite what the media says! I dont get extreme pain in my back like some of you, but i get very emotional from it which causes pain. I would be perfectly happy with my body if i could just get breast reduction. I think that it should be easier for teenage girls to be able to access informaion about this and more importantly be able to get it done if we feel we really want to!
I am a competative ballet dancer and im 16. Im only a DD but my large breasts make dance so difficult for me. Dancing is my passion so i have to get a reduction or my dreams will be crushed. I actually want to be a ballet dancer so much that i am getting the surgery in August to help me improve my technique in order to make it in NYC
Hi, im 16 and have 34DD breasts. I personally think that you should go along with the surgery. I have the same feeling, i feel fat, ugly, and disgusting because o my breasts. The way i think of it is that even thought theirs a slight chance that your breasts will look sort of scarred, when you have clothss on nobody will be able to tell. And the best part is that it will bring more confidence and make you feel beautiful. I am getting the surgery done in August this year and i cant wait to have the confidence and self-esteem ive always wanted and im also glad i wont have to buy size 10 dresses for my boobs when my body is really only a size 1.
Hi all :)
I'm seventeen, a 36F and have been hassling my doctor to let me get this surgery for two years now. She said wait a year and come back. I went back and she's still not for it. Would you be able to help me out with this? Letting me know what the surgeons that are doing it for you have said about age etc. And if you really don't mind, how much it is costing you? Because we have insurance, but it doesn't cover the whole surgery and my family isn't that well off so I would like to be prepared, and make sure I keep my savings for the surgery.
I hope it all goes well for you - I know all people aren't supportive of this discussion, but I'd love to hear about your post-op results!
I am 16 too, and I can feel your pain! My mon had the surgery, and she was so happy with it she agreed to let me talk to her surgeon about doing it for me. I ride hunter/jumper, and my DDD boobs were making me miserable. My plastic surgeon was so nice, he got the surgery approved by my insurance, and I'm getting it done as soon as school's out! He said that he has done the surgery on girls as young as 14 who were having chronic neck pain. I won't be able to ride for 6 weeks, and I'll have to miss the State Horse Show, but I think it'll be worth it in the long run. I'm so sorry the surgeons won't see you, best of luck! I think you'll find one eventually. My surgeon was extremely willing, there was no hesitation at all.
