Be careful. That stuff is potent. It should be used sparingly and never with a wash cloth.

I get itchy bumps on my chin line and neck. I know somehow that this is hormonal, the more you scratch the more they come out. But they also do not stick around like acne. I think it can be aggravated by some soaps and conditioners, but it starts with a hormonal influx or imbalance. More research is needed in the medical field to pin point this.

I noticed for me what you eat can have an affect on your skin. I try to limit sweets and "trying" to drink less soda. I have been drinking more water as of late and can notice less breakouts and ACV in the water.

The causes of skin problems are very difficult to pin point. I used to have small lumps on my upper arms and on chest and tummy. I found out I am allergic to hydrogenated oils, i.e., margarine, normal cooking oil that is highly processed, like sunflower oil, palm oil cause the same problem. Lard (pig fat) is ok or butter is ok . Olive oil and coconut oil are ok. Once I stopped consumming hydrogenated oil or highly processed cooking oil, it stops. It took me 25 years to find out, imagine suffering all these years. They look like cyst but they are not cyst. Doctors don't know about this problem. They don't learn in medical college about this sort of problem.
May be in Asia you ate a lot of foods with cooked with bad oils that caused the cyst or acne. They use re-cycle oils or really bad oils in manny places. Be aware of the oils you eat. Hope you get to read this and hope it helps.

I agree it is an INTERNAL virus condition- likely herpes. I also agree that these small, itchy red bumps (which sometimes bleed) along the jawline, near mouth and cheek are very contagious and that the initial outbreak is traceable to time period where there was skin-to-skin contact. Avoid CHOCOLATE (containing alkaloids) or there can be a herpes outbreak within days. Also eliminate Wheat and and other foods that produce systemic candida overgrowth in both men and women (more obvious through yeast infections). Unlike herpes cold sores, these slightly painful small red bumps are contained to the jawline and face, never on the neck and may include even more painful "cracked" lips, too (that sometimes bleed). Try the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) and eliminate any of your Leaky Gut Syndrome issues from rancid, allergenic and processed foods.

I had the same thing and I know how frustrated you are. Here what I found: get rid of your razor it causes bumps that look like acne. Use electric shaver. Another thing I found that these bumps behave like skin reaction and not acne. I started washing my pillow cases using vinegar only. I did not want any dye from laundry detergent. Also when you have these bumps use a non greasy ointment on them. Hope it helps. These bumps are very frustrating
