Me too I have been dealing with his for years. It feels like when I burp I get a stabbing quick pain in my chest along with a nerv pain in my left arm.
I was in the ER twice with severe chest pain, shoulder pain, hurt to take deep breaths. I have a family history of heart disease. My first trip I was told my chest CT, x-ray, and blood work looked normal. I was released with a diagnosis of chest wall pain. It continued to get worse to the point where my lungs burned if I took a deep breath, so I was advised to return to the ER. Same story all test looked normal, but want to keep me overnight. I refused. I luckily asked for all my test results to take to my primary care doctor. Surprisingly, my blood work was absolutely not normal. In fact, I saw my PC the next day, and he looked at all the results, listened to my lungs and just shook his head. No cardiac issues. I have pneumonia and pleurisy. I am on steroids and an antibiotic. My follow up yesterday showed the lungs are clearing of the pneumonia, but the pleurisy pain will take a lot longer to resolve. I've also had numbness down my left arm - apparently can occur with pleurisy. It completely sucks, but I'm glad I got all my test results and advocated for myself or I'd still be more miserable than I feel now. I'm not saying everyone posting here has what I have, just want to encourage you to keep your own health records, listen to your body( because you know when something is off), and advocate for real answers. Don't let one doctor discourage you from getting to the bottom of your problems. ERs are busy, and even Dr's can make mistakes in diagnosis. Hope everyone finds the relief and answers they deserve.
The same symptoms experienced by me last night were triggered I believe by drinking too much cold liquid (fizzy liquid) too fast on a very hot day. I am assuming that when gulping liquid one also takes in a certain amount of air which creates air pockets in the chest and puts pressure on the organs and nerves causing chest pains and numbness down my left arm. I managed to relieve the pressure after taking a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in a little water and spent half the night belching and a little flatulence. Eventually the pressure was relieved. This has happened before.

Hi. How are you feeling now?
Have all the same issues. But, they would not get rich cause then there would be no market in that to make money. The market is temporary fixes not permanent. Been dealing now for 5 years and no end in site. What works well for me is apple cidar vinegar. It's gross but helps tons.
I am having numbness in my left and right feet...I also have GERD problem... I am having forever aloe vera gel it gives me some relief... i am what yo know dat how much time it takes to permanent cure for GERD... please tell me something about this.
Same symptoms, don't know what to do..
Look at my post, this may be a resolution connected to B12 Deficiency or an infection your doctor or will need to prescribe an antibiotic for...other than that, check if you're doing the right things to have enough B12. https://www.steadyhealth.com/topics/help-for-queasy-stomach-night-sickness
Did you ever get better? I'm having same symptoms as youif...really worry about what's going on
Try taking castor oil
This will, no doubt, be withdrawal symptoms from stopping smoking - probably too abruptly. Huge amount of toxins get thrown into the bloodstream when one withdraws from any unhealthy foods or poisons such as alcohol or smoke (tar, etc) , so your liver will become engorged and overloaded. It might just take a while for the various organs to decongest. Go slowly with dietary reforms and giving up of toxic habits - slowly increase fruits and veges and take less sugar, saturated fats and cereals - especially refined, sugary ones and bread - (especially white bread).

Try 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water 5 minutes before meals and see if that helps, my son has been having the same issue and this seems to be helping they say it can restore the proper PH balance
