I need help losing weight. I currently weight 90kg and have a bad back and I've recenly injured my knee so I find it hard to exercise without hurting myself. I dont eat take away often and i eat pretty healthy. can anyone give me some tips on how to lose weight or some exercises I could do?
wait for ur knee to recover and then do the following exercises:
1- Cycling
2- Running/Jogging
3- Swimming
4- Treadmill
