You sir are a f*****g joke. This entire website is a joke, psychosomatic thoughts and feelings coupled with ridiculous claims of withdrawal symptoms that seem like meth withdrawals. Who the f**k in there right mind would think its ok to smoke all day and night through work and school? Obviously there is something wrong here that is attracting crazy people and spewing out insane claims and Ideas backed by nothing

It probably because your sugar intake is lower since you quit and don't get the munches I am going through the same

Nicely said Sir... And I agree with you whole heartedly, if you have not experienced it, you have no room to talk, just read 2 comments, n it seems to be the case, I've just quit smoking my weed, n I'm super tired... Must be the body adjusting, cos I've smoked everyday morning to night for 7 years straight...

I am 44 years old and have been on Mary since I was 20 years old.

I have quit 3 days ago. I am sleeping over 16 hours per day since I quit.

For me, the reason I think of is that my body was used to have THC all the time and now that it does not get it dose of THC, I think that my body is releasing other hormones and substances (such as endorphin the sleeping hormone, etc..)  more than usual because my body requests it.

I think that after a couple of weeks my symptoms will go away.

NB: I am very proud of myself because I decided to quit this sh*t and I am still hanging on.

Hello All,

I was a smoker for the last 1.5 years with the last nine months being extremely heavy use, I would wake and bake before work (i'm an engineer) and probably do 20 big bong hits a night. I just woke up 8 days ago and for some reason didn't want it anymore (I still have some purple train wreck) and I have been DRAGGING ASS!!!!!! I'm not sure where all the stuides get their info but I've never been this tired in my life so I have to agree with everyone else. Also, when I started being a heavy user I dropped nearly 18lbs in the last 9 months so weight loss is definitely a side effect also.

You're not alone my friend, i quit 5 days ago after a few years of constant smoking and a few months of extremly heavy smoking (to get me through my exams) and for the first few days in particular i was so tired all the time even after a good nights sleep within an hour of getting up i wanted to get back into bed. All i can say to help is that after 5 days it is defo getting better and i feel a lot better now than i have in a long time so just stick at it, it will be worth it in the end.

I am feeling the same way. Soooo tired I quit about one month ago after 35+ years of heavy smoking. My thought is it is my brain healing. Addiction is a brain disease and has altered the neurons in the brain and sleep is helping it heal.

For anyone with the same symptoms, this is good advise! Get active and take some vitamins. That and waiting it out pretty much does it i think....

Just posting this is a follow up, 28 days clean and I feel 100% better. I started going to the gym every day and that made things a lot easier on me. Just hang in there you'll make it!

If you are going to quit, then pleeeeeease, do so VERY SLOWLY.....otherwise, the withdrawals will stay with you for several weeks/months.
