Download Jason vale's "quit smoking in 2 hours" app from Google play and listen to it.

And go cold turkey...it takes 48 hours to be nicotine free, and 72 hours to be normal again...that's it with quitting smoking.

Once those 72 hours are over, you would be free, just like seeing light of the day after a long time.

Hey I'm 19 and I quit 7 weeks ago now. I ended up having the same problem you described. Had a panic attack where I thought I was having a heart attack and was gonna die from cancer, and I haven't touched tabacco or weed since! Now every time I even cough I'm like: gonna die gonna die gonna die, playing my funeral scenario in my head, looking up symptoms on sites like this... My friends don't get always trying to get me to smoke again but I can't go through that sh*t, it messes with my head. The worry and rampant paranoia is the scariest part.

coughing is a COMPLETELY normal response when just stopping smoking, it is due to your body trying to rid the all the c**p out of your body.

You don’t have lung cancer if your bringing up mucus that is brown... the discolouration in your flem is the nicotine and tar build up that you have caused on your lungs. You said you have quit for two weeks therefore your brain knows very well you have quit cigarettes meaning you’ve quit nicotine soooo once mentally you know for sure your done with it your body will automatically get rid of the nicotine, tar and whatever the f**k else is in cigarettes from your body and mostly lungs of course because it doesn’t want or need it anymore! :)
