COCONUT OIL. I used it today. Applied the oil, except my hands to test the result. Thank God it really works. Thanks to SAIRAM for the solution.

I take one 10 mg Ceterizine/Cetrazine tablet every week. It keeps itching away for around 6 to 7 days. Initial 5 days you won't even remember if you have this problem. I checked with the doctor also, and taking 1 tablet per week is not that harmful. There is no permanent fix to this problem. In ayurveda, its called Tajagarmi (dont' know how to spell exactly). It goes away with time itself or stays for a lifetime in some cases.

Hello,

You mentioned the following may help:
H1: Loratadine, Desloratadine, Cetirizine, Levocetirizine and Fexofenadine
H2: Cimetidine and Ranitidine

What kind of medicines would these be found in? And are they typically over the counter? Are they affordable? Any negative side effects? I live on the US west coast if it matters.

i know the solution because i was also facing this problem..just one or two months before winters start running for 1 or one and a half hour regularly everyday and continue this in winters also..believe me you will not face any problem during winters .if you want you can do any other activity instead of running but the point is to sweat a lot..you just need to release the heat..

I too hqve the same problem. Whenever i do some work or an activity like running etc my skin starts itching and it becomes more painful when i walk in the sun.

SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM

Exactly, this is the same problem I am facing, even when I start to ask question to teacher or listen music, it happens to me. So, when I contacted a doctor, he told me that the sweat inside of your body is not able to come out, hence it causes itchiness, therefore a little exercise before sunrise can help you, so as to get a thin layer of sweat on your skin. Its not a doctor advice but I prefer to take medicine Avil 25mg which solves to problem only for one day, but its not a permanent solution. Even this medicine or any other for this problem will make you feel really sleepy. So exercise before sunrise is the permanent solution to it.
