I am facing exactly same chronic problem for 7 years please do let me know if you got any remady of this
I have a temporary solution, but it only seems to work for a day (roughly 24hr span). My itching only happens during the winter and gets worse as it gets colder outside. I live in a low humidity place to begin with and winter seems to make it even more dry. I will itch all over. No place is safe. From the back of my ears, under my hair, my shoulders, lower back, arms, armpits, legs and privates. The itching is normally in patches and all over at the same time. My skin will look normal to dry, but when I scratch, it becomes red and sometimes will get areas that look like hives (but only after scratching).
Anyway, if your winter itching sounds like mine, this is the solution I've been able to live with to make it stop.
I make a homemade sugar scrub, for during a shower. After washing as usual, rub this all over, with special attention to the areas that are itching, then rinse.
Get a jar with a lid. One that your fingers can reach the bottom. I use a smaller Mason jar. I use about 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil mixed with regular refined sugar. Add in enough sugar so it is no longer liquidus, but not so much that it crumbles into little chunks. It's not an exact science. This is all you need. I add around four drops of essential oil for a fragrance, but it's not necessary as the scent does not stay on my skin after rinsing.
The sugar scrub will become solid once the oil cooler. You should be able to dig it out with your fingers. If it's too hard, run warm/hot water over the closed jar for a few minutes as your shower heats up.
I hope this can help some of you. It's not a permanent fix, but any relief is welcome.

Hi Hafiz. I my own case and opinion, I really believe that there is no rub on lotion or medication that will help.
i also have same problem what can i do?
Same problem with me my age is 20 it's starts in 17 year old I don't know what is this salution
I have the exact same problem and I too am 17. I've been to many specialist doctors and dermatologists and I've been diagnosed with something called Chronic Urticaria which is essentially hives. The problem is actually the opposite to what you think; the problem Is that for some reason our sweat glands don't work properly in the winter and we are unable to let the sweat out, this build up is what causes the intense itching. After fighting through it (which believe me I know is extremely hard) for 10-15 minutes your glands start working and you sweat again normally which relieves the itch. When it begins to Happen the best thing to do is just try cool youself down by stepping outside or something even though I completely understand how embarassing that can be sometimes. Unfortunately there is no cure or anything for it however the good news is it does go away eventually weather it be in 1 year or 10. You've obviously taken the approach of trying to sweat it out whereas I on the other hand have gone for the try not to sweat at all route... which trust me is not fun at all.
hello i face same problem at least from 11 years now and there is no soluction for this kind of medicial issues but i did my own research it's happened because of hestamine generated by our own system to protect from different type of things. if it gets in high level then we have these kind of problem so what i did is below
No milk Product actually hot things in milk products.
just take one anti hestamine tablet if its suitable for you or you don't have any kind of problems with tablets.
