u dont have to be tensed at all.try to be engaged in some thing listing music.and try to be active in spritual activities....

u can not consentrate on the things when u are addicted in masturbation u will feel lazy......

Hey guys. I don't think that you should go to pharmacy and by anything. I just think you should lay off for a bit, because tiredness is a main masturbation side effect. You should take some time and give it a rest for a while. Also, drink lots of fluids, and eat healthy for a couple of days and it should pass on its own. It isn't necessary to restrain yourself from anything, but just try not to masturbate for a week or two and everything will be back in normal, when your body starts to produce enough semen for your body.
everyone goes through these problems atleast once in a lifetime so don't worry everything will be alright. i would suggest you to try yoga to cure this and regain your health at the earliest. try to do pranayama like 'kapalbhati' and 'anulom-vilom', fifteen minutes each along with different asanas atleast four times a week if not possible everyday. apart from this you need to take care of your desires (sexual) and feel the difference in month..(you will start recieving benefits in from day1)

I've been mansturbating since I was 11 and nw i'm 17. when I was 16 I started having several physical porbs like floatering eyes(water in the eyes) , lethergy, hairfall, pain in the lower back, weakness and was not able to concentrate in my studies...Gradually I became completely unconfident and was nt able do any work that was assinged to me porperly.
Now I've stopped it completely and trust me guys i've recovered from the effects without any medication within 8-10 months.
what u'll have 2 do is just promise ur self that u r not going to touch ur pennis for atleast 1 year (I knw it will b a bit tough 2 do dat because once u get mansturbation addicted ur body will create sex hormone much faster and at a regular interval b'coz its got used 2 it..u will have 2 break that cycle by nt mansturbation at any cost)and will not watch porn or any such thing that will turn you on. Eat more vegetables and try to avoid eating much non-veg(specially meat). try to have less coffee or tea. eat lots of fruits and fruit juices.(banana would be a good choice). Don't have too much milk. not having it completely would be more better.
Then try to engage urself always in some kind of activities those dont have any sign of sexual acts. do meditation atleast once everyday to get back ur lost concentration and confidence. Do exercise regularly. At first try to do less heavy exercises but once u start getting cured, try participating in games like cricket and football.
