I'm writing diet menus for my school project, so I was wondering if you could help me out a bit. What should I be paying attention to? How many meals a day must be on diet menus? What type of food must I choose? I am also interested in diet efficancy, if there is one. Please, just any piece of info you can give me, I would appreciate that.
Diet menus. Such a large topic. We could discuss it for days. Here are the basics. More meals with less food, right balance of nutritive materials (proteins, carbohydrates), light exercises are recommended, taking some laxative substances in small amounts is also welcomed. Just remember, the best diet for me is no diet at all! Just healthy meals with lots of exercises. That's the only true formula.
