Breakfast(if any)- light and fit yogurt 

lunch- none

dinner- none or very small portion of what ever my mom made or granola bar

snack- carrots or strawberry's

drink- water, diet mountain dew, or V8 fusion

exercise- 30 minutes of dancing every day and 30-15 minutes of walking 5-3 days a week

i'm a 17 year old uni student, and my diet consists of, or around...

breakfast- toast and/or cereal

lunch- sand which with some form of concoction including mayonnaise or soup with bread or pasta or anything i feel like, maybe even a macdonalds or something with greasy pastry

snacks- crisps, sweets, more toast, copious amounts of tea

dinner- anything from eating out to beans on toast or pasta or curry!

then i'd probably have the munchies later at night and eat more 

i'd say that is a decent diet! i'm all for the food! food's too good to sacrifice

She may be telling the truth because I am doing my last high school project so I can graduate and it's on anorexia too. So she might be telling the truth but she's asking all the wrong questions.

I am anorexic. I weighed 346 lbs march 10/13 today I weigh in at 188lbs. I know the numbers are still huge but I drink a coffee for breakfast and less than 1000ml of water/ day. I tried getting help but I didn't want to include family and I was refused from the program until I choose to include my family. If u want to know what I eat that's it.

I eat one meal a day too!!! I am forced to eat dinner. No one knows in my family that I skip breakfast and lunch.

If you are obsessively avoiding meals to loose weight and eating very little to loose weight then yes you might have the ana fever.

Omg go raw vegetarian people eat fruit and veggies 4000 calories a day healthy. Seriously stop trying to starve yourself you only life once go paleo and active

Today I ate a cup of coffee, a stick of gum, and a half of a hotdog bun. That's 10 calories total.

I always eat one meal then pick through out the day. I weighted 153 lbs at my highest. I am now 119. Getting married 8.5 months . wanna be 108 by wedding day. Exercise twice a day for an hr.

Hi,

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.At times, anxiety results from a medical condition or certain medications. Most of the times you need medication to overcome anxiety.

I can suggest a diet plan for Anorexia:

  • Stay physically active throughout the week. Exercise helps to reduce stress, rejuvenates the mind and keeps you physically fit.
  • Avoid alcohol and other sedatives. Alcohol and other sedatives may help you numb your senses and drown your anxiety for the time being, but they worsen anxiety in the long run.
  • Quit smoking and drinking coffee. Nicotine and caffeine help to aggravate anxiety.
  • Relaxation techniques. Relaxation techniques such as visualization techniques, meditation and yoga can help to ease anxiety.
  • Sleep is a priority. Sleep deprivation triggers anxiety. One should get enough sleep to feel relaxed and tension free.
  • Healthy eating habits. Though the theory has not been established through a solid research, a diet focused on vegetables, fruits, whole grains and fish may help to reduce anxiety.

You don't think it matters what a person with anorexia eats in one day? I think someone who wants to become healthier who has anorexia might want to know what they should be eating.
