Doctors say if u eat more ur stomach learns to digest faster and tend to be so stretched out for so long this helping the elasticity in your stomach as well as keeping your stomach smaller making u full I am currently high lol just thought I would add me two cents but ur right doesn't make since

sometimes when im high il eat candy then a whole frozen pizza im 16 over the past 4 months ive dropped from 189lbs to 152lbs idk why i do play football but i dont go to the gym or anything i just keep loosing weight

It is also proven that pot smokers are less likely to be obese so your point where you say pot smokers are more likely to gain weight is not true

I forgot who it was but they are exactly right the more you smoke the less likely you are to eat only when you're coming down you will eat after that you won't and if you got money to really blow like I have done you will hardly ever eat maybe once a day I talked to my doctor I currently gained about 3 pounds so far and I had to completely stop smoking marijuana and that work so even though it's not a proven fact my doctor told me what I just said I executed it and its working it walks like a duck talks like a duck guess what

i am smoking the hashish for almost 3 years regularly even missed a single day with it ,i smoke almost 10 to 12 regrets filled with garda and char-ass in purest foam from Peshawar due to this i lost almost 20 kg weight

I’ve have always struggle with my weight from the age of 12 for some reason i just blew up probably too much eating not enough exercise probably it(341 at my heaviest). for now lets set that aside

so i tried plenty of diet pills, expensive diets and with all these weight loss solutions these were the out come

-diet pills: ok this stuff i will never suggest to anyone!! its crystal meth in weak form if you ask me, not to mention FDA(or which ever organisation dictates this)will say it safe till reports of major side effects come in before they withdraw the products off the shelf. FYI the pills hit plateau for me and started to give me massive headache. also did lose about 33 pounds before the plateau.

-weight watches/light and easy/jenny Craig: now when i did try these they aim at teaching you how to eat heath or providing healthy foods. this dose work some what…. if i can say that but if this kinda thing works for you then usually simple diet will work for you. odd thing is fair bit of people gain the weight back on this or quit part way.lost about 10 pounds but that include that fact that i didn’t start to the weight till i added in daily exercise.

now for the most interesting part keep in mind i weighed about 341 pounds at the time.

now i read up on weed similar post like these about 3-4 months ago, and a fair number of these articles all to claim a few things
1. how many pot head do you know are obese and i couldn’t think of one(i am surrounded by pot smokers).
2 the articles point out the increase heart rate which could help in weight loss.

so stuff was easy access so i figure id give it a try
so I’ve been actively smoking pot every chance i get for 3 months, no change in diet voluntarily(should note that i snack little bit here and there throw out the day but I’m at a point where i can eat one meal a day and ill be fine. but weed dose put me to sleep easy also the start i also ate more then usual it had me worried. but by the first month i people at work started to tell me I’ve lost a lot of weight

result after 5 months 341 pounds to 284 big wow for me, as I’ve lost the weight, oddly enough has made me more active i now attend social gatherings and such were as b4 i was so depressed and embarrassed by my weight to even be seen in public. i have become more sociable but keep in mind i did have a lot pot smokers around me so common ground right?

as for any dependency, yes i get withdraw symptoms after not smoking longer then 10 hours
and yes they are bad not quite the shakes and that but i do feel irritable (feels like somone pressing on a nerve 24/7 makes it hard to sleep (havent had any p). But i do go cold turkey after 3 months of heavy usage and the withdraws are usually gone within a day or 2 and i stay clean for a week and go back on it. i dont know if there is a point to doing this im told weed stays in your system a lot longer.

conclusion – there really should be more studies cause man im sure there is link some where
but from my personal experience yes i feel there is a link between my weight loss and pot

!WARNING!
I'm not saying this the best way to lose weight (is fun and easy IMO) but if you are obese and thinking hay this sounds like a good idea.... again this worked for me maybe not for others and weed can have negative side effects (told my doctor he wasn't too happy about it)

Man weed helped me loose 50 pounds , I smoked all day long ( when I didn't have to work ) and the weight started falling off . Not everybody gets the munchies because I don't eat when I'm high ( it kills the high in my opinion ) and when I'm not high I drink a lot of water and eat stuff like crackers and nuts . It's a mental thing , but weed does help aid weight loss

You don't have to hate your body. just try to control your food intake and walk briskly for atleast 20 minutes a day. You will soon lose weight. Don't hate your body!

Hi i am proof weed makes me loose weight and i eat plenty good meals n ear out and munchies still loose weight its been my argument with so many people u do loose weight thanks angie

That's not true lol. I will speak in regards to a fella we will call blue . Blue has been smoking weed for 4 years and has found that when he takes his occasional 2 week tolerance break every 6 months-ish , he starts to gain weight . He also feels his metabolism speed up with smoking , and decrease without it , the reason behind this line of thinking being the frequency of times he goes to the bathroom to defecate on any given day . The obvious conclusion being that cannabis speeds the metabolism and helps the user maintains a healthier weight then they would otherwise witness without the ganja smoking . Hope this helps clear up any false or ignorant non experienced posts that have been made by others on this forum .
