These pictures are good to see your scars are very clean did you wash them mine are not very clean still lots of blood after 3 days I was thinking about going and soaking in the bath to remove excess blood?
I suggest you to consult a professional cosmetic surgeon soon as i find your situation is getting more worse. It’s sometimes possible when you might face side effects after surgery.
