My whole upper lip is attacked by Fordyce. I can't even count spots, they are too numerous. I'm currently attacking spots with sage extract cream, tocopherol (vitamin E pills) - both are main ingredients of well known treatment but combined costs 3 bucks, and Vitella Zinc cream. Will keep u posted.

Just tried taking an orange squeezing some of the juice in a cup with hot water. Mixed it around and applied it to a paper towel and kept it on my lips for 5 minutes. They are a lot harder to notice now...
If I go looking in the mirror with a flashlight I can find them but not as noticeable at all. Supposedly warm water opens the pores and then the vitamin c gets in. Maybe add warm water press to ur lips before you try your own remedy??
For those having no success my mental suggestion:
Picture a flame burning in your mind. It flickers orange and yellow. Now picture it burning so hot it turns blue. Every time a thought comes into your mind... BURN IT. Keep doing this until you feel relaxed. Stop looking in the mirror and enjoy your life.
Thank you!
How are the spots now? Did you try any other methods of removing them?
What you wrote is eerily similar to my case. My lips were fine and then an aggressive girl would frequently bite my lips, sometimes causing bleeding. I had that relationship for three months, and developed "fordyce spots" thereafter. It's been 10 years and I still have these fordyce spots and doctors tell me I'm perfectly fine and that fordyce spots are benign. I also have as issue where some of the old bite marks will swell like an allergy response and subside in 20 minutes. This occurs roughly once a year, so it's hard to show to a doctor.
