Foreskin tight, some minor cuts on it..hurts when i have sex

i have also same problem so pls reply to cure this

I am 20 and have had this problem for about a year now, i find that during the winter it dries up and goes a bit scabby, and when i pull my foreskin back, or have sex or masturbate the cuts re open/split again and then it just scabs again after. Now i am in the sea alot as i am a sailing instructor and it it seems the cuts are getting very infected and as a result my hole foreskin swells up and closes up and makes it really really hard to pull back without serious pain. i am worried that my penis will never be the same again as everytime it seems to look like its clearing up, it comes back. from what ive read in this forum it seems to be pretty similar symptoms to everyone else with 'thrush' and would like some reassurance it is not a serious disease like herpes or any other STI. how do i clean my willy as it is getting pretty nasty down there and is starting to feel sore on my head and i think its probably because it hesnt been clean in ages as i cant pull my foreskin back. any advice, tips or treatnmant would be much appreciated as my girlfriend is starting to get pissed off and im thinking about investing in a strap on LOL. not really but you gotta have a sense of humour about these things. 

Just keep on creaming it, dont let it get dry, thats when it really hurts to pull it back.


Mines sort of getting better now, it itches at times but whatever.


Also, if your penis doesn't shrink back up, try to wear a condom in the water, it may seem excesive but im guessing it will keep it moist right?

 all of you people had this problem please my suggestion is to go to your GP and cut those skin off, than you can see why! will no problems what have you said in yah comment for help, you wont regret this, and in my culture when boys grow up to about age of 5 up that we take them to doctor for that so that they wont have problems with their sex or pain in their penis, or if you dont beleave in what i have said than go ask your doctor whats the good and side effect, well i am an Islander which we do this...............................and its a shame to our man if they still on foreskin.....

No way man! That's the last thing you want to do... There's a whole forum with guys regretting getting circumcised cos they had phimosis.

Ok, I'm 35 and I have phimosis - or tightening of the foreskin (yes, I'm not circumcised). I've had it a couple of years now but haven't gotten round to fixing it but I'm about to now (I'm a bit vague and lax kind of guy). I think I got it when a chick wanked me too hard and the next day it was really sore with the foreskin all bloated and pulled back. I've had that look before - it can happen if you forget to pull the foreskin back after ejaculating - don't do that; best thing is to wash it after jackin off/getting a hand job/sex - don't just go to sleep. You can save yourself trouble by cleaning off all the sex juice straight after - our stuff is salty which dries the skin causing aggravation, spots etc, and girls' juices - well they don't always know. Also, don't use toilet paper to wipe away - it's powdery and causes irritation, water and towels is fine.

What I'm ssaying is - don't leave it pulled back; push the foreskin back over the head how it is normally - and best to wash it first.

i hope someone sees this..... i have the same problem and i let it heals via abstinence but in that time it gets so thight that it cant retract! help!!!! then when i do have sex it tears again....

the same thing happen to me and i was concern too but i waited to too until the small cut began to swell, i didnt delay in  going to the doctor... the doctor told me that because of the continuous cut on foreskin i've developed penile ulcer. basically he told me that after taking an antibiotic and the cream i should be better but as for the cut if i have sex again without the proper lubrication it will happen again... he then rounded it off by telling me to get circumcise. i hope this help

Ill let you guys know what happened over the course of the last couple years

started off with my initial problem with minor cuts on foreskin. Eventually led to me not being able to pull the foreskin back over the head unless i was in the shower. (Phimosis i believe this is called) where there was scar tissue from all the minor cuts that were happening every time i had sex had formed a tight ring. Scar tissue doesnt stretch so the problem became worse. Went on the waiting list to get surgery to correct it. (6 months+ wait)

I eventually got a frenuloplasty(SP?) where they cut the frenulum which is the little string that attaches your skin to the base of your penis head. But by this time it had gotten so bad that it didnt fix the problem and had to go the whole way and do a full circumcision. Went on the waiting list for probably another 6 months than finally got it done.

After my recovery it was much better, I could have sex and it was great. Circusmised it much less maintenance lol, but you lose sensitivity on the head since its always exposed not tucked away in a sock like before

Also from all the scarring/infections my pee hole had closed up significanty (imagine squeezing the tip of a hose) so i had to go in for a third minor procedure where they insert a rod in there and expand it... Sounds barbaric but ive been fine since all that has been done and back to finally enjoying sex and peeing lol

My advice, get it checked out quick as soon as you can and if you need to have surgery do it, quicker the better

Well I am going to help as many as I can with this. I was experiencing this for a couple months, tried everything I found online and nothing worked. I couldn't pull the skin back or the 6 or 7 tiny paper cuts would sting like hell, especially after peeing. I finally tried a cream I was using for my cracked feet. It is called GEHWOL salve for cracked skin. It is ointment for excessively dry or cracked skin. It say in the tube it regains skins natural elasticity. It only took 1 day and the cuts were all completely gone the next day and I could pull the skin back completely. I took a bath and soaked for like 30 minutes. When I got out I worked the cream into the foreskin and under it. went to bed and the next day fine. I even had sex the next day and was scared that afterwards it would be cut again but it wasn't. Please give me a thumbs up and let me know if it works for you. I have been going 6 weeks now and no cuts at all. I hope this helps some if not all of you.

I think its diabetics also, once I dont control my sugar intake it becomes very tight and if I have sex the cuts will be there. It usually heals by itself and loosen up about 2 or 3 weeks later provided you watch your sugar intake

Hi I am going through the same thing right now looked at the old fella this morning after sex with my wife and I too have paper cuts across the fore skin 11 to be exact. The pain when I pull it back is not pleasent , my wife has thrush also many times through out the year not sure of cause but not pleasant for us both. It seems to go after about three days roll on Wednesday lol

I’m a 51 years old male. I’m not circumcised and I suffer from Diabetes type B. This last condition makes my body to have high blood glucose level and this high sugar promotes the yeast infection because this is a fungus that feeds on sugar.

 

Because of this, for almost a year I had a yeast infection under my foreskin on my penis.

This cause not only the bad smell and the cheesy like stuff but also it dried my foreskin on the tip of my penis to the extent that every time I pulled back my foreskin to clean under it my skin broke in tiny little cuts that were very painful to the touch en more to the cleaning.

I used all kinds of cream, even those 2% cream for yeast infection that women use to no avail.

The Solution…

I talked to a homeopathic doctor and after he laughed at me (he is my friend) he gave me a solution for my problem.

What you need to buy (if don’t have it already in your home)

-        Jumbo Size Cotton Balls (Pack of 200 - $ 1.90 Walmart)

-        Apple Cider Vinegar (16 oz bottle - $ 1.00 Walmart)

-        Any Clotrimazole Cream (I bought Lotrimin AF - $7.37 at Walmart)

-        A bottle of Cold Drinkable Water

The treatment

You are going to mix 12 parts of COLD DRINKABLE WATER and two parts of Vinegar. For example 12 tablespoon of water and 2 tablespoon of vinegar. What I did I used the cap of the bottle of vinegar as a measure. I mixed 12 full caps of the COLD WATER with two full caps of the vinegar.

THIS IS DONE TO DILUTE THE VINEGAR –

DO NOT ATTEMP TO GROW A BRAIN AND USE THE VINEGAR WITH OUT DILUTING IT.

You are going to put a little amount of this mix on a cup (2 tablespoon)  and the rest you are going to put it in the refrigerator. What I did was I used a small empty bottle of water, poor the mix in and put it in the fridge.

Now, grab a cotton ball and soak it with the mix. Pull the fore skin back. If you are having trouble pulling back the foreskin because of the pain, put some cream on. This action will ease the pain.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PULL THE FORESKIN BACK COMPLETELY in order to clean under it thoroughly.

With the cotton soaked in the mix clean all the areas of the tip of your penis and all the areas of the skin. You don’t have to change the cotton just soak it again if necessary and make sure you clean very well all the areas of your penis that are affected. You are going to feel a burning sensation but you take it like a man and it will go away. After the cleaning you are going to put some CLOTRIMAZOLE cream in and under the foreskin and the tip of the penis.

Do all this cleaning before you go to bed.

The yeast infection will die overnight. But your dried skin will take 3 or 4 days to recover.

For the first 3 days, once a day, your are going to do the cleaning, preferably after you shower and if possible before going to bed. (but you can do it anytime of the day)

From the 4th day on keep cleaning but do not use the cream anymore.

From the 7th day on prepare a new mix of water and vinegar but this time mix 16 parts of water and 2 parts of vinegar. Keep in the fridge as the other one and clean your penis with this mix 4 times a week with one day in between. What I do is Monday – Wednesday – Friday – Sunday – Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday and start all over again.

In my case I keep cleaning it because of my diabetes.
