Circumcision is the only thing that worked for me. Wish I had done it sooner. Been circed over 30 years with no problems.
Great description of the common problem which is usually called balanitis. Another occurring problem associated with balanitis is phimosis. The reason being, anyone trying to get rid of balanitis is probably using an anti-fungal ointment or washing with soaps (that dry the skin) to kill the bacteria or yeast infection, and in so doing, the foreskin gets dry, shrinks and then when an erection or urination is required the foreskin is pulled back and small paper thin cuts are produced. This becomes a big problem. So what does one do? First off, yes, use the anti-fungal ointment (under the foreskin around the neck of the penis) to kill the bacteria. 2 applications a day after a shower with sufficient drying of the penis. In 2 days the bacteria will be gone. Now to deal with the phimosis. Get a tube of Nyaderm cream (Nystatin Topical Antifungal, Antibiotic $3.99) from the local pharmacy. Now that the bacteria is gone and redness subsidying, apply Nyaderm cream to the external foreskin to heal the cuts. Try not to force the foreskin back to reopen cuts. In 1 - 2 days the cuts will be healed (because Nyaderm is an antibiotic for fast healing) and the nice thing about the Nyaderm cream is that while it is healing the cuts, its also keeping the foreskin soft and flexible so after the 1 or 2 days of healing you will have no problem pulling the foreskin back.
The cuts below the head of penis are mostly due to infection due to diabetes, so do not worry. Apply an ointment named 'Micogel F' a cipla company product. You will surely get relieved and circulate to 0thers.
My husband had the same problem a few years back. I was newly diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic, and yeast infections became the third member of our sex life. After going to our separate doctors numerous times, he happened to mention my diabetes to his doc, who then came out and took me in the room as well. He then gave us both prescriptions for "our" yeast infection. I asked my doctor prior if there was a connection ,however he didn't think it likely. He was wrong. If you have a sexual partner, you both need to get treated! And do it quick, as "ours"got really, REALLY bad.
See a doctor
It's likely you had balanoposthitis, that is inflammation of the for skin and glans penis which caused your foreskin to tighten just enough to tear under stress. When healing occurs there is fibrosis which explains the tighter foreskin. A slight change can mean that when you get an erection, the foreskin is so tight that it stretches and tears during intercourse.
I suggest you avoid having unprotected sex with your girlfriend until she has gotten rid of her thrush. Furthermore, should you get cut again, to prevent your foreskin from tightening further eventually leading to a condition called phimosis which may require circumcision there are a few things that may help. Firstly, when you get cut, retract your foreskin, apply and antibacterial cream such as Fucidin, wrap around with a gauze and keep in place using some tape. This will help a wider scab to form. This only needs to be done for a few hours, once a scab is well formed, remove the gauze, you can rinse with water and apply vitamin E or tea tree oil to aid in the healing process. It's important to allow the healing process to occur before having sex or masterbating as this will lead to further set backs. Once you have healed, you could try doing some foreskin stretches to loosen your previously tightened foreskin by simply using a lubricant and pulling back your skin gradually increasing the force as you go whilst being careful not to injure yourself. This may help prevent injury if done prior to sex at least until your foreskin is back to normal. Do remember to maintain proper hygiene, wash up daily as well as after sex to prevent infection. I do sincerely hope this helps. Take care.

I have the same problem, My cut is right below my head. My cut is right where there is a string that connects to my foreskin, I've been told to be careful with my penis. And try to avoid masterbating and always use condoms to not make it worse. I try not to think about it as much because I do feel some pain sometimes. For everyone that does have a cut and it hurts or whatever. Go get it checked out just in case there is an infection. Some of you might not want to get it checked out because you don't want your foreskin to get cut off. I'm sure there is a way without it getting cut off and they will give you the best advice to make it heal so it will be back to normal.
Oh ya, totally! Once I fell onto a gas fireplace and burned three of my left fingers off. I didn't even put a band aid on it. I just remind myself gently that it probably didn't even hurt as much as I was imagining it to. It took two days to finally lose consciousness, but once I did, I couldn't really feel the pain at all! Think about it.
Will it go back to normal and won't hurt when I have sex
Did it ever heal back and can you now have sex without it hurting
I'm 25 and I have the same problem did it ever clear up please help asap
I have the same problem.......think its type 2 related.....while i have the cuts....if i leave my foreskin closed over night....I cant retract my foreskin at all first thing and my foreskin looks dry and crusty in the morning........i have to wait until i have a shower and get it wet before i pull it back......I have noticed i can go to sleep and pull it back and sometimes in the morning it is still back.......its def stops it from shrinking over night.
