HELP! Anyone recommend an L.A. revision rhinoplasty surgeon?

Hi. I live in South Africa and have the same outcome as you. It's been only 4 months since my rhinoplasty and I'm devistated and already ready to have revision. I've been aggressively sure hint the net and have heard that Ghavami, Rizk and kanodia are all very good. Have you found anyone for your revision? I too have an 8 year old and can't stand the thought that I'm going to look this way at his wedding one day

Why wont try looking good doctors in your area through medical tourism comapny just like we did, My wife got a Cosmetic Surgery in South Korea, with the help of Placidway, a medical tourism company the provides medical tourism services. We were referred by this company to Reyoung Clinic, Seoul, South Korea  which is a modern and highly specialized medical center. My wife did not have so much difficulties in undergoing the surgery since the staff were so kind to us and made my wife comfortable

Michael Sachs totally destroyed my nose many years ago...and should not be pracatacing !!
I had a great surgeoon but I had to travel to Chicago...highly,highly recommend ...he really is the best!!
Dr Tourimi ...not to sure I've spelt that correctly ...but he did the most amazing reconstruction on my nose using Cartlidge from my ear ...In the end after many months getting nowhere with Michael Sachs he eventually gave me back my money probably cheaper for him then me suing him like many others have !!!!

Michael Sachs totally destroyed my nose and every surgeon I went to wouldn't agree to operate until I was told by a nose and ear specialist in London about Dr Torimi !!
I flew to Chicago to see him and all I can say thank God for him!!!
Did a fantastic job...he told me it was a total disaster the surgery I'd had .the tip of my nose had totally collapsed !!

I can't understand now Mkchael Sachs is still practicing ...he should of been totally struck off and never able to ever practice again,..he's a butcher !!!

I had a rhinoplasty surgery performed by Dr Sachs over 13 years ago . He left my nose in a worse state than what it was before. He left me with bumps and dents and a twisted appearance which has only got worse over time.
It's terrifying to read that he has performed surgeries on so many individuals , taken their money and left them deeply unhappy with the results.
I had searched and searched for a good surgeon and at the time he seems like the best around. i can't believe the photos on his website were all fake! I've only just discovered all this as I was trying to get in touch with him to get my medical report as I'm going to see another dr to correct the mess he has made.
Over the last 13 years I have been so self conscious about my front and side view and it took me years to pay of the loan that I took out for the surgery.
Has anyone else managed to sue him and get their money back? I've been saving hard to try and pay to get it fixed.im quite anxious about finding the right dr. So far, Dr Grigoryants and Dr Ghavami stand out as excellent surgeons but has anyone else had surgeries with them or know of anyone else who have?

I have the same exact story. Sachs did my nose in my early 20's and completely changed it - nothing what I wanted. Way too short with a round ball at the tip. I had it redone by a dr I can't even remember out of NYU 9 months later but the change was SO minimal I was still severely unhappy. It took me another twenty years to get up the courage to get it done again (actually two times, the first was the major surgery using rib and the second was a tweak using ear cartilage) and yes, it is better, but I still will not get in photos which is so sad as i have just a handful of photos with my two young children. It took me months to look at my wedding pictures and when i did I hated what I looked like. I'm not sure how you exchange private email addresses on this thing...

OMG me too. I was better with my bump naturally. My Tip is ridiculous, crooked and my bridge isn't high enough. The pics were not fake on his web tho. I am on there and it was real work. My profile is good. Front yuck!

I've hated my nose since Sachs touched it 22 yrs ago. I also have plenty of sinus issues. CAn we all link up please and address this? Get our money back to afford a revision elsewhere? Please we are all in the same boat here. Feel free to reach out to me.

Although the above reply was over a year ago, I hope this will save someone else from going through the same horrible experience. I strongly disagree with Dr Nassif being great. He did a revision on me and left me with a very big nose, then went back and did another revision on that, not to mention I had to pay more for the surgery room the second time. I have been very unhappy with the results, it's still too big/wide and I would not recommend him.
