I just came back from consultation with Ellenbogen... he said everything is fixable, but I had a feeling that he wants to change to much of my face.. so i started researching..I'm terrified right now. my experience is slightly different from most on here as i realize that i was and am a good looking person to begin with. that being said i always felt that my nose was too large and undefined. currently i've had 3 nosejobs and i honestly feel that my nose still hasn't been modified nearly as much as i would like. my first 2 nosejobs where local doctors to NC, both steps in the right direction and my last nosejob by a very well known rhino revision specialist - dr.pincus, in Beverly hills. im currently 10 months post-op on my 3rd surgery and i feel like i have less definition than my last nose. nobody "botched" my nose, i just feel like im really not seeing the refinement i would like... does anyone know of a doctor who is very aggressive and yet still skilled in rhino revisions. im a 27 year old Caucasian male with thicker skin which tends to hide alot of the underlying definition(or so im told), i still lack tip definition and projection, i also know with each new surgery i run the risk of more scar tissue which in turn HIDES DEFINITION and can cause bumps and irregularities... i'd like a more pinched, pointed look - angelina jolie + michael jackson (yes i know, i like that exaggerated look).... but im only willing to do this once more! if you guys have any info ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** private e-mails not allowed **

I also went to dr Sachs and had an all around horrible outcome/experience. My nose is deformed. So crooked, one nostril is bigger than the other, dented on one side, a little ball at tip aftere the dent. It's been over 10yrs since the surgery and it looks worse over time. I can't stand looking at myself in pics, it makes me so sad that I went to him based on untrue publicity from news shows, videos, etc. I live in ny. If anyone knows of a dr that repairs dr Sachs butcher job, pls, pls let me know. After all these years it still bothers me so much. Just the othe day, my 7yr old told me my nose was so weird and why does it look that way! You know kids, they just say what they see. If anyone found a dr who can fix the trademark Sachs dent, bump, and crooked nostril, pls let me kow. Thx!

Dr. Armen Vartany in Glendale, Ca. is the best. He specializes in Rhinoplasty and fixes noses that have not been done right by other doctors. I am extremely happy with the work he did on mine and would recommend him to anyone.

I don't know why Bob Smith would ever say that about Dr. Nassif. Dr. Nassif is actually one of the best Nose doctors in the United States! He specializes in Rhinos and is actually Board Certified in Facial plastic Surgery. He has been practicing for now 23 years and I have seen nothing but great results from him! Bob is probably a Doctor in Competition!!

Are you saying this to for fun, what makes you say this, have you had surgery by him, there is no complaint against him. I went to see him, i had a positive experience with a consultation. Can you please send me before and after pictures if you had the surgery. Really what makes you say these anger things about him. please let me know.

I'm so sorry to hear about your wife, I had rhinoplasty done about 3 years ago by Dr. Paul Nassif and I've been extremely depressed, I tried to sue but he was untouchable, I regret going to him. He made me feel really comfortable seemed really honest but it was all a front after post surgery he tried to say I was crazy and needed counseling! Someone needs to take his license away the surgeon that cut me open for rib is being sued for sexual harassment hope they both end up in jail for messing with people's lives!
