Hi I have the same thing happening to me the right nut too it feels like it's going to go up back in side sometimes but it bloody hurts I had a V when I was 32 I had no problems having a toss or sex with regard to pain I have to agree that when I am relaxed it doesn't happen as much but I have to disagree with doing it to much I was turned on all of the time hell I would bat off 3-4 times a day when I could never had any problems after during or starting. I have real issues with wanting to engage in either action nowadays there seems to be something gone. I have had lots of tests performed every one comes back normal.

A lot of you sound like you have a urethral stricture. In the last 5 months i've had 2 surgeries to fix mine and i'm afraid it's coming back already.

Hello Men, Glad I found this site because I too have had the same blockage sensation when cumming like it just almost stops and the great sensation of my cum shooting out over and over that once gave me so much pleasure has suddenly disappeared! Here is an interesting article guys! Seems veterinarians take ejaculation problems quite seriously when its a prize boar worth $$ that's not ejaculating. There are all kinds of simple tests and treatments for blockages in boars! http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2942052/ FYI - you can use a pretty low power microscope at home to see if you are ejaculating sperm. If not - at least you know where to start, and its not "all in your head".

Hey, I just ogt done, I have this problem off and on,and I just tried, localizing the muscles in my gooch,and near prostate, and began sqeezing or working the muscles like I'm flexing them. In a sense, I'm concioulsy taking over the pumping action of my prostate after my orgasm. Squeeze your ass cheeks together and thrust forward like your'e really trying to relieve that pressure. It's like male keigles I guess.

Yeah i have this problem as well except when i orgasm i get the throbs up the penis but no cum, i feels like it wants to come out and is being obstructed by a wall or something. What i find strange is that im able to urinate fine but cant release my cum to save my life; i also suffer from erectile dysfunction as well so cant get it up when i want to. Here's what's going on with me.   I had my vasectomy 18 months ago.  The first time I needed to masturbaste so that my sperm could be tested...barely nothing came out.  When I masturbate now barely nothing comes out.  I do orgasm the pleasure experiene went from a 10 to a 5 (that may be high).  It is still pleasurable so is sex.  But I can tell you that going from great orgasms to minimal orgasms SUCKS!!!  I have gone to 2 urologists and have had my prostate examined and nothing shows abnormal.  Both doctors have said that they have never heard of this happening.  I have an appt with a urologist that specializes in sexual problems.  I pray that he can figure this out.  I'm a typical 47 yr old married guy that does not cheat.  So that means I have intercourse a few times a month.  Masturbation was something that I got tremendous pleasure from and now I don't.  I will tell you that I am going to get this resolved even if that means I have to travel the world to find the one f'ing Dr. that can cure this.  I do have faith in medical science.  Will keep you posted. 

I have the same problem and I'm 22

I have had a vasectomy and my ejaculate starts with a little watery shot then clumpy gelatin like cum. My left nut feels like it's brused and I haven't hurt it. I used to love having my balls sucked on and not I can't stand it because it hurts like I got hit in the nuts with a bat!! Even when I urinate it feels like my bladder isn't emptying out completely. I also have a weak urine stream but this was already happening before the vasectomy. Flow max seemed to help that problem out. Now my ejaculation problem I have this pressure like I'm clogged up in the muscle directly above the penis in my pelvis area. Went to the doctor and he says nothing he can see is wrong with me. Ejaculation went from a complete awesome body draining experience to a uh I came experience. I really hope some one stumbled across a doctor or a remedy or even just a explanation for these symptoms.

I'm 43 and this started about a year ago. Had a Vas about 7 years ago so I don't think it has anything to do with this. If anyone gets any info please keep us all posted. I've also went to urologist and he says nothing is wrong.
