i for one is 126lbs. and 4'10'' and i was born into a chubby family i try and oh i was 130lbs. i stayed cool all the time like to get goose bumps and i cut down on eating and when i did eat i ate healthy and i exercised alot and i am more active now

i am 12 yrs. old 4'10 and 126 lbs. you get the picture right im short for my age cause i was a month premature so im not really as smart as the others anyway dont feel bad there are people 210 pounds at age 10! so you on the other hand are beutiful or mor handsom than you think you are so really dont feel bad cheer up go out side ok you will feel better
Hey im a 12 year old boy and lots of guys tease me also. So for me my dad signed me up for la fitness for the both of us and we go to the gym about 2-3 times a week. They have the state of the art equipment,tredmills, free sets(weights), and a swimming pool. They have over 700 gyms in the U.S. and Canada if u live in that area, its really great. It will take about a year and dedication to see some results but its better than nothing.
i had the same problem im 12 too but you should try water polo! its really fun an i lost 2 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle and you get super tan

try going to the gym try a dietary drink and or foods DONT STARVE YOURSELF and believe in yourself to lose the weight and stay strong at school and out in public
I no Im late but forget them I have a similar problem but I try my hardest and try talking to a consalur about the girls teasing you I did and everything worked out oh and if you want to lose weight when you eat monitor yourself don't starve yourself but eat till your full and just an hour of exercise should be fine in one week doing this I lost 4Lb I really hope this helped

I understand your problem but what you need to do is eat plain chicken breast and rice, salad with chicken breast, no juice only freshed squeezed, fruits like yummy apples and watermelon, exersize a hour a day and you will be sure to loso the pounds
