girly lemme tell you sumthing im 12 too... n iws once 135lbs. now iweigh 105... iworked out for 5 months to get this way n now ifeel great about my self... if you stick 2 a excersise it'll all work out and b worth it in th end... and ther once ws a guy tht iliked but iws scared to apporch him bcu of my weight so 5 months later ( wen ilost th pounds ) he liked me n we go out 2 this day but besides tht i just believed in myself n worked thru th pain... now ihave a belly ring ( which my parents dont kno about :/ ) and icn wear 2 pieces 2 show it off ( not in front of thm of cours ) obviously bt feel good about yourself n believ in yourself and work thru th pain... lik isaid b4 it " it'll all work out in th end"

hey im a12 year old kid too and im tryin the same thing so i joined karate and lost alota weight dont over do it or u can hurt yourself when you eat dont stuff your self untill your full just eat a serving and be done at first you will feel like your still hungry but you will get over that

i have the same problem! I am 12 and i 124lbs.no one really tells me i am fat but there are these side remarks that make me feel insecure. not to mention that evryone in my town is so super athletic and skinny so i feel out of place. do what i did. i got the lose it app/ logged onto the lose it website. with this i lose 1 pound per week. i am hoping by next summer i wont feel different anymore. since it is the middle of august most of my weight loss will take place during the school year so no one will really notice which is good because it would feel weird having everyone say u lost weight. hope this helps u

When you are 12, you are classified as a child, so it is very hard to loose weight because you are constantly putting on weight. are starving yourself and exercising is basically going anorexic. that is way to skinny and it is very bad for you. so, just join a sport, eat healthily and maybe go for a run everyday. i am the same as you, and i have gone for runs each day and eaten healthily, and it works. i have gotton a much better weight.
just do what i did, it takes time and patience but it works.

when i got wieghed it said i was 100 lbs. first i was felling fat but then i reliezed that i am a very active girl so it mucles more then fat . cause mucles wiegh more then fat.

another way is to do zumba on youtube it auctally really fun and fast to lose wieght

i am 12 and weigh 92lbs and i am 5 foot 2 and i am trying to lose weight. when my twin sister got ill she was only eating one meal a day and in the space of 4 days she lost 4lbs and i am desperate to lose weight so i have decided to do that. The reason why your musculs hurt after you do excercise is because they fill up with acid this is a good sign that the excercise your doing is having a positive effect on you and you will lose weight in no time. so keep going. A year ago i lost 8lbs and couldn't have been happier but now i want to lose more but don't get to obsessed with it or you will be like me where you want to be the skinniest girl in your class and u become to affraid to eat anything so u skip meals and start to become ill. just stick to what your doing now good luck.

dieting is a waste of time. and you want to be eating less that 1500 calories a day and don't have too many fruits and vegetables because they are full of sugar (yes its the good kind) but too much of any sugar can make you pile on the pounds. i am 12 and have watched so much videos on food and i have worked out that 5 small meals a day is better than 2-3 big ones as your stomach expands and gets used to the amount of food. make sure that what you eat you check the percentage of salt and sugar in it to be on the safe side but other than that good luck.
