Hi I'm 12 years old and I weight 174 pounds and I keep on saying I'm going to lose it but I can't stop eating sweets cause they so good and I need advice on what I should do so I could fit in with people at my school
I know how you feel. I'm 12 and weigh the same as you. I signed up for the gym a week ago and am scared to see people see me as well but I will do whatever it takes to live a healthy life. Good luck and don't worry about other people's opinions! :)
I am 12 and was in your situation, I lost weight though. I switched from working out all the time, to dancing. Working out didn't work for me, it just made me sore. I started dancing and it was fun. I dropped a LOT of weight too! I also convinced my family to let me cook more because I want certain things in my foods. I stopped eating fast food and started eating less junk food, less dairy and less non fully processed meat. Instead I started eating stuff like chicken, veggies, fruits, and drank less sugary drinks. I ate in smaller portions (BUT NEVER NOT EAT, IF YOU ARE HUNGRY, EAT.) Before eating I drank water to make sure I wasn't just thirsty. I hope you reach your goal, but never overdo it! Before this, make sure you know WHY you want it or it will not work. :)
