The water fast challenge is actually really dangerous I have a friend that I did Thisbe with while trying to lose weight and since I stopped before we were originally going to I didn't end up like her but she did it for a little over 2 weeks and ended up in the hospital she was already healthy and thin but she just didn't believe it until she was laying in a hospital bed getting nutrients fed to her through a tube

You seem to do a lot of sports are you healthy because if it's muscle and your healthy they you should be ok if you just eat A well balanced diet. I do cheerleading and cross country and I'm basically your weight but most of it is muscle my legs seem bigger then a lot of my friends but I am also stronger cause I have more muscle don't stress about it just eat healthy keep up the exercise and you should be fine

If you can see your ribs even though you weigh 130 that means that all of the " fat " you think you have is muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. You have nothing to worry about. That's healthy!

I'm 15 years old about 5'3 and i weigh around 150 lbs. I have curves and i dont look obese a bit fat yeah because i dont work out or do anything productive. I hate it as well i used to weigh 132 lbs. I used to think i was obese then and started focusing on my weight but instead of loosing i gained. A lot. I dont recommend starving yourself but drink more water and go out for a run. Dont eat after 7pm and dont drink juice or soda.

Im 13 and i weigh 209pounds and im trying to loose weight as well. Nothing is working and I was wondering if you have had any success yet and what your methods were. To anyone reading this who is like WOAH SHES FAT, stop. I know im fat and u dont need to think that as well

uhhhh do you mean 47 pounds or kg? because 47 pounds is about the same weight as single sack of potatoes which is not healthy for someone at the age of 13...

Even if you exercise everyday, you won't see results unless you are eating healthier. You need to eat fruits and vegetables with every meal and cut down on sugar. Also, drink lots of water! Keep exercising at least an hour everyday and eating healthy and you will see results. Be patient though, because if you are trying to lose a lot of weight, that will take time, like weeks, and months.

Hi. I'm almost 13 and weigh about 120-130 pounds. I feel so overweight in school because all the girls are like 90 pounds. I mean I'm a runner and I eat very healthy foods but nothing happens. I've even gone vegan for a few months: nothing. So, I've learned how to feel good in my own skin. Don't wear super tight clothes and NEVER mention your weight in public except when talking to a doctor or parent. Also, if you truly want to lose weight, set a jeans/shorts goal. For example: at the store Aeropostale, I used to be a 10 and now I'm a 6.

Hi I'm 13 and I weigh 117 I feel so fat cuz I'm chubby I'm going to grade 8 and this year I want to be normal sized like all my friends I'm going to try really hard wish me luck

all you have to do is eat healthy and stay active. drink lots of water so your system can be cleaned. im also 13 yrs old and trying to lose weight. yes its hard but if you try hard and give your best everything is possible.
