hi im also 13 yrs old and trying to lose weight. but the key to success on losing weight is to eat healthy in portions, exercise,and drink lots of water. ive been trying this for only 2 weeks and i see progress. wish you the best!

Hi! Im actually 14, and well also tying to loose weight. 

Ive been trying to eat healthy, im actually thinking about becoming vegan:)

I drink lots of water, but i dont see very drastic changes.

Do some exercises like:
Sit ups
Lunges
And do lots of walking and running as much as possible. Also it's important to eat healthy.

Well have at one point weighed that but I loses 15 min so now I'm 120 and that is good for 120 under that is basically under weight

Hi! This may be a little late, but I do at least 5 different sports throughout the year. Hockey really puts a toll on you, I weighed about 130 in the beginning, and towards the end of the season I weighed 118! Lacrosse, track, and cross country can also help due to the running. I can imagine swimming and soccer do the same, though if u do these types of sports you gotta drink so much water. I am 13 right now and I hope this will help!

I'm a 13 year old girl and I weigh around 190 pounds and I'm 5"7 I'm a very fast runner because I have very muscular legs but very fatty everywhere else. I play basketball a lot and all It does is keep my weight the same. I run every single day and sometimes go to the gym with my mom but nothing helps. I also eat pretty healthy. Once in a while you know I will have some ic cream but that is it.

I play hockey during the winter and that helps keep my weight the same. I'm 13 and i'm 92 pounds. And then i watch what I eat and don't snack. Then on top of hockey I play volley ball, I just started that recently and I found that playing both sports help me lose weight

Hey so it's probably too late now, but I have some tips. I'm 13, (I'm a boy) and when I was in 7th grade I hit a high of 201 pounds. I ended up losing 45 pounds in a little under 2 months. To do this, I ate 2-3 protein bars a day, with minimal water to drink. Every day I would speed walk a total of 40 minutes a day, along with doing some other body weight exercises. Now I'm just starting 8th grade and I'm 156 pounds. My goal is to reach a total loss of 80 pounds though, so I'm not there yet. Anyway, Good luck!

I'm 13, and 2 months ago I was 201 pounds. (For the record I'm a guy) Over the summer, I ate 2-3 protein bars a day. I had very little water as my beverage, and speed walked a total of 40 minutes a day. That is at home, so not including school. I also did some other body weight exercises. Now I'm 156, and I'm still losing! Good luck!

Hi I'm 13 years old and I weight 55.5 kg I have been eating fruit and veg and done 2 hours of exercise a week plus walking 20 minutes home from school everyday I also take my dog for 10 minutes walks in the afternoon and evening sometimes. HELP

Thats helpful cause im 13 and 180-190 and i got really sick and lostt 13 pounds but gained it right back when i was better
