I get your situation :) I am young and I am a little bit clueless but one thing that seems to work for me is tampons :) It can't hurt you since, well it's kinda made to go up there and it's round top means it doesn't scratch or scrape :) Just grab one of your mum's or sister's tampons and my best advice for privacy is when you have your bath/shower of a night because no one's gonna walk in on you and if it's in the shower, the running water covers up the noise well :)
firstly, find where you need to insert it. Perhaps sit infront of a full-lenth mirror so that your vagina is in view. There's a little lump at the top. That's your clitoris or clit for short. Then as you go further down, inbetween ur clit and ur anus, are two little flaps. Open the flaps and you'll find a hole. That's where you want to put it. I can't really say HOW to orgasm because everyone is different. But one thing that helps me is to not be afraid to relax. Quite often i pee myself when I masturbate but that ok. Im in the shower so I just wash it down the drain, clean myself a bit and continue. Just remember to relax and not to be scared. If you are tense, you will never come or orgasm
Some say that other things such as hairbrushes, razors (without the blade) and toothbrushes can also be inserted but for a beginner I recommend the tampon as it is sterile and there is no danger :)
