Hi just wondering how long does it take to see results from lower back exercises and how many times a week do I do it for?

It takes weeks or months depending on your workout time. No one can really tell the exact day/s, week/s or month/s...

I suggest you keep a journal to keep track of all the exercises you have done for the day and take a photo of yourself everyday... That way, you'll see if there are any changes in your body. I hope that helps. Good luck and have fun doing your workouts.
