Hi, guys. I have noticed that I have gained a lot of weight. I must lose it rapidly, but I don’t know how. I have 4 months left until summer vacation starts. I want to look as good as possible for the beach. Can anyone recommend me anything successful? I will gladly hear out your advices.
Hi. I lost a lot of weight rapidly when my boyfriend broke up with me. I was miserable and I didn’t eat at all. I am kidding a little. I don’t advise you to fall in love miserably. You should visit a gym. I respect diets and I think that they should be only an additional measure. Exercising is also very important. Find a personal trainer. Let him/her make you an individual exercising plan. Good luck!

Hi to you too. Your post really made me laugh. However, I am not sure if it will be successful in my way. When I am sad, I eat a lot. I am afraid if I got in love miserably, I would only gain more weight. That is why I will listen to your other advice. I will look for a respectable fitness center.
