ummmm i think going to the mall or store and ask for acai berry juice in health store like GMC,Natures Sunshine etc i lost 60 pds in 2 weeks ;-)

well i dont know how much weight you want to lose in time, but one that worked for me was wii fit. It is a wii program to help you lose weight! it is very good! it weighs you and tells you how you are doing! It also has yoga, strength training, and aerobics, without even leaving your home. it does take comitment and you would have to do it every day or at least 4 times a week! it does work if you stick with it! i lost 11 pounds in 2 months! without having to jog or starve myself! and if you don't own a wii and do not wish to get one then another weight loss thing that i have seen work is called tru chocolate. it is a product that is chocolate. it is chocolate that you eat when you are hungry between meals. it helps you eat less and it raises your metabilism. i know someone who used tru chocolate and has lost 40 pounds in 5 months! now these are some suggestions but there are alot of other ways to lose weight so if you don't want to try these then i wish you luck in finding other ones.

Hello, i am 37 and I am in sort of the same situation. I went from 130 lbs to 221 lbs in the past 5 years. I get up at 4:30 am to go to work and my job is physically demanding, i don't eat that bad and recently i have cut back to one can pop a day and been eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. i drink 64 + ounces of water a day and I started tryiing to play with my daughter on the wii but I'm so exhausted when i get home that i just don't have the strength or energy. I feel like if i could just get some off i would be motivated to do more but I've tried every diet out there and seems like i just keep gaining! i don't know what to do!

exercise is a way of combating diseases and obesity. why dont you exercise? if its about time that you need to do exercise then follow a mild exercise pattern but never stop doing exercise.

Guest: You should go down to no soda per day instead of one soda per day. The sugar in regular soda wreaks havoc on your body and will cause weight gain. The artificial sweeteners in diet soda are worse, in that they damage your DNA and cause cravings for higher fat foods. It's a lose-lose situation.

Eat a whole food, clean diet in addition to the great excercise you've been getting, along with a natural multivitamin and it will do wonders for you. Our bodies are not made for the overload of high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors and sweeteners, sodium, sugar, simple carbs, pesticides, etc, and by eliminating all sources of those not only will you experience weight loss, but you'll feel wonderful! :-)

I can relate because I am in my 30's also and it is harder to lose weight now compare when we were younger. My friend introduced me to Christopher Guerriero and he said that the reason why I am fat is because of Candida Albicans. okay i heard of a liquid diet. what you will do is very simple. you drinklots of water i mean tons and you will not be as hungry so you will not want to eat becuase you will be full. then,you will pee out all the water and you will not look bloated and yo will start losing weight. sometimes if you want to lose weight faster you should excersize for at least an hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours but you dont have to.

with the excercize:50 pounds in 9 weeks
withought the excercize:45 pounds in 9 weeks

you dont have to do it for 9 weeks but you can to lose more weight

hi! its true that caffiene will help you lose weight. it's worked for me, but the harsh reality about it is that you will have tremindouse amounts of diahria, your kidneys, bladder, intestines, and stomach will cramp up. also you will get alsoars in your stomach lining, and c**p out blood. trust me on this because this is happening to me and its the god honest truth. my best suggestion is ride a bike, and drink plenty of water, stay active. i lost 50 pounds this way.

Please do not ever consume an all-liquid diet for any longer than a couple days (typically done when doing a body cleanse). Not only will the weight loss you experience be temporary, but you are hurting your body in the long run. Our bodies need vitamins, minerals, fats, carbs, proteins, etc, to function and survive. Starving yourself is NEVER a good idea.

Guest: If you experienced diarrhea, bloody stools, and ulcers while taking caffeine, you should have had emergency medical attention. None of the symptoms you described are typical of caffiene consumption, and you apparently have a serious underlying medical condition.

Try reducing the amount of salt you consume. Salt is a water retainer, and that increases your wieght.. Drink tons of water, it cuts down your hunger and therefore you eat less..

in a nutshell - increase your water consumption, and curtail your salt intake!
