hi, i also struggle from being over weight, i was a skinny todler but then i don't know what happend.
ive been googling many ways to lose weight, iv'e tryed everything and nothing seems to work..
what seems to work is drinking looooaaaadddssss of water every day, it flushes out all your excess weight.
ive noticed a rapid difference!!
another thing is.. if you live in a house,, run up and down your stairs a couple of times a day.. it works ! if your heart beat increases then it's working!!!
my twin sisters are 15 and ones reaalllyyyy skinny and pretty and she does loads of dancing (contempary, breakdancing, tap dancing, hip hop, street dance,, ect.) and i'm so jelous! the other one is a perfect weight, she has curves, skinny legs and a washboard stomach! i wish i was them! i'm 12 and overweight.
foods that you should eat are lots of fish ,, tunas and salmon is the best! and omega3 fats also boost weight loss!
you know, sometimes ,, if your ever alone in your room or have the house to yourself, then put some music on and just let yourself go dance! leap about, jump!! anything.. if you do this regulary then you will see a differene and it's also fun!!
and if you are around 11, 12 ,13 and your over weight,, then go to sleep early, although it doesn't sound 'cool' it's really good, the more you sleep, the more you lose! you also wake up feeling fully rested! and if your around this age then your about to have a growth spurt and you might become taller and thinner because if you become taller your ecses weight will stretch out!!

Try the R&D Diet Cookie. Forget the exercise. Even if you use this cookie diet only as a jump start I think you will like it. Don't let the name turn you off. They are simply a number of "mini meals" that you eat during the day every few hours. They totally curb your hunger and cravings then you have a low-calorie, balanced dinner. I love them and they worked very well for me.

Fruits are great to have because they have vitmans and minerals needed for bodly function. ( Fruits with a high water content such as watermelons or grapefruits are great! )
With meats though you want to stay away from read meats and start eating more poultry foods like chicken. Poultry is better for you due to low carbs and fat.
I know you heard this before but you should drink 6-8 glasses of cold water because your body spends extra energy try to heat it up.

Now time to say some things that i found over the interent that have helped me.
if you are doing crunches or that sort of thing it is actually bad, because ( i am not saying you do but ) if you have some flab on your belly the muslces under your fat get stronger and push your belly fat out, causing you to appear more fat. The best thing to do for your belly as of right now until you got rid of the fat is nothing, diet as i said is key, so work on your diet then you will have the right building blocks to start having fun while working out.
Technically you cannot burn fat "magically but if you walk outside everyday for about 5 minutes it is very good for your health.
But if you think that is boring then invite some friends over and have a game of volley ball or do something (outdoors, give in you can due to the weather). If you cannot go outside then stay in and dance or something( dancing is very fun, get some lessons its worth it). I know that i want to go outside everytime i invite my althletic friends over and i usually have fun doing it.

eat1 bannana for your breackfast and drink a glass of orange juices or water
snack.=water, and bit of lettuces.
dinner=salad or soup with loads of veg.
excersize for 15 mins.
and drink water before you go asleep
dont eat any sweets atall, im only 17 thats what i do everyday i was 9 stone now im only 7 stone. :)

One way to lose weight but not for the long term is simply stop eating and just drink liquids. You would end up having to fight the urge of starvation but at least you will see quick results. Bale did it that way for the Machinist and he lost like 80 pounds!

after two months i'll assure you without exercise without medicine pills without dieting you will get a perfect body within 6 months and result will begins from the first day. believe me else with medicine their will be a severe loss in your health.

Hi was weighing 89 kg which wasn't too far from 90 and I became 64 kg ideal weight within 7 weeks. whenever I used to see myself in the mirror I got depressed and even due to inner depression I got few pimples on my face as well. I was eating too much just because of depression and gaining as well.
one day I saw a book which my mother gave me that wafia history of a lady about how she staweigh loosing her weight and she shared all of the feelings on every line of his book, and She wrote exactly which was happening to me as well. She boosted up my mind to loose weight just with her words. I didn't touch any single exercise machine and I ate all things as much as I wanted to have.
1. i separated my water bottle so that I can be known how much I take water during the day, 1.5 litre bottle should be taken once or one and a half and green tea with few drops of water.
( if u want to have milk u can take skim milk, or zero calorie soft drink no ice cream plz
2. i started having zero calorie sugar, its very common in stores now
3. i started taking protein e.g chicken, fish and beef ,mutton or beef mince, boiled eggs or boiled corns and peas
after getting wake up I did running by standing on the same place listen to the music , I used to ran on 4to 5 songs that's it . If somebody has some joints problem they should avoid this.
weekly charts can be made by your choice
Chicken and fish
salt, lemon juice , curry powder(garam masala), chat at masala , chilli powder, garlic ginger paste. Same spices for both if u don't have time u can just take tandoori masala or tika masala, add some yogurt in and one lemon. Place it for few mins in freezer like 5 to 10 mins place it in oven and u can place it in covered pan over heat till cooked , don't use oils
Or km apke them BBQ

Salt, chilli powder, zeera(cumin), garlic ginger paste. And make it boil till coomake and make the water Dry.

Orange or orange juice without sugar n salt,
apple juice,or apple grape fruit

any kind of accept potato or sweet potato, u can take in the form of salad.
do not repeat the meat diet continuously more than 2 days it can creat constipation, u can eat as much as you want from upper diets anything anytime, make sure not to take any single drop of oil and sugar other wise your weight will stoop loosing. take multivitamins from this diet as well daily one.
when u will start ur diet , note down your weight on a paper or diary, check your weight in every morning after coming from the washroom in the same dress or undress . In this way u will know the actual weight of your body when your stomach and large intestine will be empty. After3rd or4th day you will notice that your weight will start loosing. Your weight will start loosing and u will happy to see your weight That its loosing. After few days u will notice that it has stuck on the same number. Don't worry at all. You are still loosing from inside your fats are moving from some part to others.and then with continuing the diet aftern2 to 3 days again you will start loosing, thats how will pill keep in working,. Don't loose hope when the weigh machine stuck, its temporary.drink water and green tea in empty stomach every time. no water after meals, it make your bely fat One.do let me know the results :)
