Im 13 And I Am About 130 Pounds And I Wanna Lose 10 Pounds. 
Becausee I Have A Boyfriend That Is Really Skinny But I Told My Closest Friend I Wanna Lose Weight And She Thinks Its Just Because Of Him.
That Is One Of The Reasons But Mostly I Want To Feel Good About My Weight And Just Not Be Insecure Anymore.
But I Dont Know How To Do It. Ive Ate Salad All Week At School For About 3 Weeks And Nothing Has Happened.
Im Getting Annoyed With That.
Anyways What Should I Do?????

Let me tell you one thing you can doo start builind self cofidence because without that then you wont ever be able to lose weight 2nd yuu have to aply yurself for example you haveto set yourself .. i could help you if you need help and stop eating so damn much im preety sre thats a prblem

  I am, not suprisingly, 14 too. I suffered from clinical depression, this also caused me to turn bulimic. I was terrified of what people would think of me in a bating suite, so i lost 12 kilograms over a week. I had no clue what it would do to my body or the people surrounding me. My mum began to worry, but when I looked in the mirror I only saw rolls, and rolls of fat.
  I was disgusted at my self, trying to lose more weight I ran and ran every morning, walked all day, until we had our spring dance. A guy I liked asked me to come, so I did. I wore a long dress that showed all my back, everyone kept on staring at me horrified, I though they though I was so fat. I was wrong.
  I went to the bathrooms after I had had some food, and my friend walked in I had my fingers down my throat. They screamed, but I assured them I was only feeling sick. Things went down hill from there, I began to feel light headed and nausious. I fainted, and got hosplitised immediatly, they force fed me. And I gained weight, too much, I was 25 Kilograms overweight, cause of the doctors.
  I had to lose te weight, but not through Bulimia, I ran still and excersized durning the day. Eating fruit and drinking tonnes of water, eggs and toast for breakfast, salad for dinner. I went by three simple rules.
  EAT like a Queen for Breakfast.
  EAT like a child for lunch.
  And EAT like a beggar for dinner.
  Those three rules are easy to follow, and, funnily enough, if i skipped with a skipping rope for 10 minutes a day, I lost 2 kilos in 2 days. That is quite drastic but I felt amazing.

I am 14 also and I weigh 150 (size 10). Its Christmas Eve now and I wanna be at least a Size 4 or 6 by summer so I can wear a bikini. Any ideas on excercising but not running a lot??

Hey, I'm not quite 14 year but only 1 month away. Here's my typical day:

Breakfast:
Toast or Cereal with no milk 
Apple Juice

Lunch:
Capri sun
Brown bread with either cheese or philedelphia

Dinner:
It really varies but common dishes are roast dinners, pizza, fajitas, chicken in breadcrumbs

Btw i'm not to big on veggies but i will eat beans and potatoes and fruits i will eat green apples and bananas

Could someone maybe give me a plan of what I could do...?

I also go to air cadets on tuesdays and thursdays but we're not always running about.
I want to start going to the gym with my friend 


Seriously, I really would like some help xxxxxxxxxxx

Hello, my name is Evan, i weigh 145 pounds and i am sick of it. so for all out there i have devised a plane to lose weight. I have a Siberian Husky who needs to be walked at least twice a day. Even though it is January I am thinking of going running with my dog. Also I am going to to do some push ups and sit ups. I am hoping this plan will work, but it should since I usually don't exercise. I do play soccer so running and doing sit ups and push ups should get me in shape for soccer. hope this will help anyone else with a dog that needs walks

I'm 15, 5ft and 8in tall, and I weigh 150lbs. I am in a healthy weight zone for my height, but other kids my age are thinner.
I used to run to lose weight, but I noticed no change in my weight. Any tricks on how to lose weight?

Honey you are to young to start taking any pills...Even though your family does not buy and diet food. Do they buy Chicken? eat that and do not eat the carbs. The best thing you should do is exercise ...even walking for 15 minutes you will see results... Good look

You should Try running but honestly You dont need to loose weight to be a  fly in Cheerleading i was a cheeleader myself IF you do high fly then atleast like  pounds BUT i DONT incourage to lose more weight!

im 14 and im 5'3 and weigh 130 pounds, i cant live with being this big anymore. I feel huge all the time and i hate going to school and seeing all these girls at 100 and 98 pounds.. its just not fair.

Im 14 to, i used to weigh 178 pounds, but i took the iniciative and decided to stop being a couch potato and i got active, i started with baseball, which was bad cause i couldnt hit the broadside of a barn..... then i joined football, pretty good at that though, then finally i joined the best sport ever.....wrestling, wrestling gives you such an intense high cardio workout. you run for 20-30 minutes straight, you do 5-6 sprints, indian runs, and after all that you work on the mats, you do strength building exercises and everything, its intense workout and this was my first year wrestling it gets really hectic and its insanely hard, but if you have the will and you really want to lose the weight you gotta do it. I was 178 pounds but thanks to wrestling im at 139 pounds, i lost 49 pounds! that i lost in 2 weeks!!!!, but even if you cant do a sport, take the initiative, i asked my parents for whole new weight room equipement i got a chinup bar, a new weight bench, new dumbells, a curling bar, a heavy bag, new boxing gloves, new boxing shoes, new weights, and a power bar for the chest. I was so happy but a little sad cause i didint get the new xbox games or anything but ya know what i use these things everyday because i know that in the long run i will get stronger, and it will pay off! Im currently 2 weeks into trying to get abs! you dont have to think about getting those till you get down to 145 at most. and still if you cant get all that stuff go running, do interval training at home, i do high intensity cardio workouts for 45 minutes a day!!! I may just be 14 years old but i bet i can outlast most adults! so still man, try simple pushups when you lose all the weight and youve been pushing 260 pounds up, you will be jacked!, just remember to eat right though but dont eat more calories then you lose!

hi im 12 and trust me do not take pills or do anything un natural to make urself lose weight i do stupid things but thts just me i know its dumb and all but its my addiction and i made myself believe i needed diet pills and all

you ahould just excersize every day and eat healthy thats all you can really do or have ur parent buy u a lose weight workout thing
