are you trying to poisen or even kill these young girls
fiirstly- eating raw eggs is very bad for you and can give you extremly bad tummy ache and poisen you
secondly- the thing about spinning around im actualy disgusted in what you have told them to do that can make you pass out

its iver your trying to kill these people or make them very ill or youve herd alode of c**p?! so anyone who has read this stupid remark please do ignore it its very dangerouse

i am also 14 and i think eating raw eggs is kinda dangerous. it is true that the diseases are on the shell so if you wash the egg its ok but still...  i try and try to loose weight, i am very small i have stopped growing and can probably be classified as a dwarf, i weigh 100lbs and nothing i do helps

Hello, I'am also 14, I actually hate myself for being like i'am, I'm not fat, i'am chunky, and I hate it!

As a young boy I like to try and wear trendy clothes that is hard for me as most clothes make me feel uncomftable.

The trouble is, I can't exactly eat less because I'm such a fussy eater, and I can't exercise because I never have the chance to! C

Can anyone please help me?

hi im 14 too and know how u feel right now i have started eating better and walking around my town. And ive lost 9LBS in 2 weeks  and you realy just need to push yourself, i get made fun of because of my weight and if my goal works i will be skinny by next year and i enter high school. You just need to believe in yourself and say you can do in and picture what u think you will look like when your healthyer, and that should push you it helps me :D and the more you exersize the more your body gets use to it and you could walk more the more u exersize hope this helps :D and if anyone has any tips to give to me please i want to hear them :D

A really good way to lose weight is to drink a lot of water and eat as many vegetables as you can. Stay away from CARBS (bread, pasta, potatoes...) and do not eat junk food or drink any sugary drinks or soda. A good way to keep yourself from being tempted from eating junk food is to treat yourself to a small piece of candy at the end of each day :) And if you are good all week then have a cookie on Saturday. Also going for a walk after dinner every day is good to. Oh yeah, try not to eat a lot of salty foods or add salt to your food because the salt will absorb excess water adding more weight to your body.  I hope this helps :)

I'm also 14 and i would like to lose weight, especially before i go into highschool next school year. but i cant seem to! I've tried tweeking my diet a bit, but i know i can do better. and i will. but i want to be able to have excercise that i can do with my healthier diet to keep me going. And many people suggest running, but i cant run! I mean, physically i can. but i have no endurance. i can't jog for more than 1 minute without being out of breath after. and obviously it's really embarressing during P.E. I want to increase my running skills, but since i'm not very good at it, i'm not motivated to get out there and run and get better at it. and i'm way too embarressed to get to my local gym and get on a tredmill. Is there anything i can do, besides running, to help me lose weight, and especially excercise to target my thighs and waist area?

Hi! I'm 15 years old and am around 147 pounds. I too am trying to lose weight but it is really difficult to get in the right mind set to do it. My advice is whenever you think about reaching for something you know you shouldn't have think to yourself, is this really going to help get where i want to be. If it does eat it but don't feel guilty and if it doesn't then leave it alone. ALso don't feel embrassed about doing excersise, when i first started running i couldn't run for more than a minute without feeling like i was going to die, but last week i completed my first 10k so stick at it.

I am 14 years old in june 2011,and i weigh 6 stone 12.....im really not happy about it....i have belly fat and look pregnant...any advice on how i can get rid of it? i cant do weights or go running though.xxxx %-)

hey,

people always tell me I am not fat but i dont exactly feel good about my body and weight either. I noticed that when i went to my mfriends house i lost 3 pounds in 4 days! I found out it was because i was always doing something and i only ate 3 meals a day...no snack. now i am not saying dont have any snacks but try to only have 2 at the most. And try to stay away and electronics except for wii which has been proven to help loose weight.

well today my meal plan is quite hard to achieve...because i am in school for breakfast..the smell of unhealthy food like bacon barms is tempting me...but i will try to stick to  this plan and i will tel you how it goes later......

my plan is:Breackfast;a fruit box,a nom yoghurt.  bad snack for the day(only have a little bit of the bad stuff ;) ): soured cream and black pepper minni bites,rasbery cerial bar.  Dinner;a large salad box containing:try to have as much protine as you can) lettuce,tomatoes,cheese and ham.and an orange juice.  tee;minni pizza(my mum said i have to have it :( ), maybe chips, blackurrant, and an ice pop (for the ice thing^^^) if i stick to this and do my situps tonight i might loose some weight :) fingers crossed.xxx

heey. im also 14 like all of you, and i have some great advice for you guys. i know working out isnt always the funnest thing to do. but after you start going to the gym it becomes a habit. you start to want to and dont always feel like you have to. but YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND IT DOESNT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT. you may feel like this weight loss thing is controling you or taking all your time up but in the end its for you. once you get that body you've always wanted to<3 i use to weigh 210 pounds, but just by trying to stay off junk food, having no fast food, trying to eat more fruit and veggies, drinking more water, and working out everydaay has helped so much. i now weight 195 pounds and i know ive only lost 15 pounds but its better than still having it. and im not giving up and neither should youu! keep fighting! if you want to wear that bathing suit, if you want to borrow your friends clothes sometime and not feel embarrased than keep going:) never give up! i go to the gym for anywhere around 2-3 hours a day. i dont like to run that much, but im really in to cycling so do what you like. yes you should run a mile probably everyday but that doesnt mean you should do less of the other stuff. today i ran-biked-ellipticaled 14.73 miles<3 and i feel great! and what is a better way to celebrate than the feeling of accomplishment... so i had a good dinner.. skinless chicken w/ corn and rice. DRINK LOTS OF WATER! you can do it.. no one is standing in your way except you so just push yourself and go get those goals. i am proud to of loss 15 pounds and cant wait to loss more pounds. :) i believe in youu, and you should believe in you too!

Hello, i am 14 also im 5 foot 9  168 pounds when i look at myself i dont feel like i am fat but when others call me Fat@&% it makes me want to do something about my weight. What i find is really help ful is lots of ice water not to much though (water poisoning) and i love biking and running and i find that these are the easiest ways to lose weight is to find something your good at or that you enjoy doing and go for it. losing weight wont just happen you need to push yourself to your limit to acheive your goals of weight loss and trust me if your being called names the best way to get back at them is to come into school that next year and be skinny.

Hi guys/girls. I am 14 and I curently weigh 198lbs (i think..). My goal weight is 160 because obeasity runs in my family so to get under that would be alot of really hard work. I am wicked lazy so excersize is on MY time schedual. I do go to virtual school (school on the computer) for just this year, grade 8. I am currently in Weight Watchers and I have been for about a month. I am pulling a 2lb adverage a week. I am looking to lose more faster, preferbly before next school year in August. (2 months) I hae been obease my whole life and I'm sick of being called names. Besides exercize (because I have started that) is there any other ways to lose more weight faster?

my sister hogs all the icecubes... I've been doing that too but my sister wakes up before me. :(
