Yeah, I'm fourteen and I'm trying to brush out all of it off right now. Mine isn't brown because I don't itch (I brush). Also, putting dandruff in other people's food is nasty af.

I can relate. I do most of what you do all the time. And I’m only 15.

I am 41 and have picked and ate scabs, dandruff, boogers, and dead skin since no can remember. I have never sought help for it but want to speak to my therapist about it. I only just googled it last night cause I didn't know this was something that afflicts so many other people. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and have since I was a kid so I am sure it's related

Oh thanks God I'm not the only one ... Last time it was very embarrassed trying to eat dandruff of my good friend ... Well, after that I asked me do I really need some help :|

I do this and it’s becoming a habit, but from another website someone has been eating it and they’re in their 30’s, you get a big lump in your stomach or something and you need like surgery to take it out.

I too am picking scabs and occasionally eat dandruff. I could say that I'm eating it out of anxiety. Because of this virus thing I'm under a lot of pressure on my job. A boss of mine is real jerk and he's always pushing me around and he's never satisfied with my work. I cried a lot last few days and dandruff eating is one of the copping mechanism to filter all that stress. Maybe it will stop when I find some peace. I really should change my job.

If he washes his hands who cares? Don't be a jerk and try to ruin this man's career for no reason. He came here asking what to do and for help, but you get off on destroying lives. Good 4 u!

I used to shake my dandruff out onto a piece of paper then fold it to bring it all together and make a small pile to eat. So much that it actually had some flavor. Another time when I was super stressed, I started shaking and brushing the dandruff out and it looked like a blizzard. For about 10 min, the flakes were falling very heavily almost covering over a record album I was standing over. Never happened again, thank heavens.
