Because you are most likely just hitting puberty your penis will grow as you go through puberty. How big is your penis? Chances are it is actually average for your age but it just seems small to you
I'm turning thirteen in about three weeks and all I have is peach fuss on my balls my has gotten deeper but it hasn't cracked yet so I thank I might be imagining it I've got facial but you can't really see it to good cuz I'm blond and neither my festivals or penis have done much other then the sides of my balsa hurt every once in awhile maybe there growing pains idk? is this normal someone plz I need help and answers?

Hey 344 its Biomajor for some reason I'm having trouble logging in. What you are describing at your age is completely normal. You are just starting to hit puberty so that is why you do not have a low voice and your penis and testicles seem small still. Everyone develops at different rates but usually your testicles first start to get larger and hang lower and your penis gets a little longer and you notice a little pair on your scrotum and the base of your penis it starts really soft and light then gets longer more coarse and curlier as you go through puberty
