I am an 18 year old guy, consider myself straight, and the porn that I watch is almost exclusively gay. I think that the reason for this is more so the way that gay porn is produced is more sexual and more of a turn on to me than the way straight porn is... It doesn't have to do so much with who is involved.

A bit of theory:

 

Sexual identity is what you have in your head about your sexuality (it's what you say to yourself, like "I'm str8" or "I'm gay").

Sexual orientation is what you have in reality, it's what makes you arouse, sexually and emotionally.

And there's the third term: sexual behavior; that's what you sexually do, regardless your identity and orientation.

 

Usually these three are in harmony with one another. E.g. if I see wet dreams with guys, I think of gay sex, then I watch gay porn, I want to have a bf, not a gf, and I seek male partners.

 

But these three (or some combination of two vs one) may sort of oppose one another. Imagine you live in a homophobic environment, and you are told that being gay is wrong, the word gay is used as a negative word, you (as a boy) are expected to have a gf, not a bf (or a bf, if you're a girl) etc.

 

Then there is some dissonance, and when body and brainwashed mind meet, they oppose one another, and the person tries to come up with 'solutions' (e.g. denial, dual life and stuff like that).

 

We often go thru these phases. I remember fighting against my sexuality when I was younger, too. Now I'm a happier gay man, out to many.

i actually went through the same thing as you except with lesbian porn. i would watch tons of lesbian porn but i wasn't attracted to any girls. at this point your hormones are in the end of changing and as humans we hate change. youre a male so you are most familiar with the male body. since your body doesn't want change and no matter what youre going to be more sexually attracted, your try to associate it with the male body (in the form of gay porn) but this is only a phase and the attraction will go away. i labeled myself bisexual for a long time for doing this but i really am straight - i wore out of it.

Why do you care? It's your business what you like. My advice is to forget about labeling yourself. What's the need? If you like women and are attracted to them and like having sex with them, what does it matter if you like gay porn? Maybe there's another reason for liking it other than being attracted to the guys. Gay porn is a lot different than straight porn. It's more pleasureful for both partners, that is you can see clearly that both are enjoying it. There also tends to be a bit more passion in a lot of gay porn, like with kissing and fondling and such. More like a real coupling rather than a staged circus of being as extreme and obscene as possible. So maybe that kind of sex just turns you on more. And hell, a lot of lesbian women like gay porn so there's evidence right there that it doesn't have any bearing on your sexual orientation in reality. Just relax about it, like I said, it's your business and it doesn't have to be anybody else's.

I do this and consider myself "straight".  To me, gay porn is more exciting and aggressive than straight porn. I have tried messing around with guys and it's not as exciting as females; men in the flesh are a turn-off... go figure. I have an odd sexual history wrt to my past. I was exposed to A LOT of sexual imagery and situations as a kid, so I think this explains my gay porn fetish, and sexual openness. Just do what turns YOU on haha.
