I still have weight issues although I'm a vegan

Hi, maybe you should consider doing some exercise or engage in some physical activity. You can run, swim, fast walk or play any sports you like. That would be the best and healthiest way to lose weight. I think you just need to lose weight and you will be fine. Meaning that you are not gaining fat now, right? You just want to be skinnier. So if you exercise enough and you lose your weight I think you will stay at that weight when you go back to eating normal. You just need like 6 months of physical activity.

You should do exercises 3 times a week for 1 hour in the beginning and then later increase it to 5 days or even every day. Just remember that the more you put yourself into it the better results will come. Hope this helps

Being vegan does not have to mean eating you're eating healthy or your diet is weight loss/bodybuilding oriented. French fries are a vegan meal - but are not healthy... if you know what I mean...

How does your typical meal look like? Could you please describe what you usually eat in a day and how much. Then I believe I could be able to help you :)
