so yea I am still trying has hard as i can to lose my weight and I still need help am 14 and it dont loo right to be a size 18 nd a Xl i need big big big help please

Well other people told me that you should stop eating all kinds of snacks or junk food but actually all you have to do is control your portion and the best time to exercise is the morning maybe you could go jogging or biking it should help and when you drink water add lemon to it it makes you feel full and its healthy

Weight losing is quite difficult. You have to consider two things diet and exercise. Drink water as much as you can eat more green vegetables. Avoid the oily and junk food. These all will help you.

Totally agree with you. Yoga and walking is very good exercises which will help you to easy weight lose. Try to do also eat healthy foods and drink fresh and much plenty of water. Eat healthy and mainatin your exercise plan in routine to lose weight.
