Hi Jobah,
Not eating is not the way to lose weight. Your body will think you're starving and cut back on its metabolism.
Besides, at your age you need protein for strong muscle development.
First, start off with a visit to your doctor. It's important to be sure that you are in good health before you start this.
Then, watch what you eat.
Always start with a breakfast. It helps "jump start" your metabolism in the morning.
Avoid starches, breads, potatoes, and pizza.
Limit soda's.
Avoid sweets.
Drink a glass of water before your meals. It will make you feel "full" earlier.
Sit down to the table to eat.
Smaller, more frequent, meals are better than one big meal.
Baked foods are healthier than fried.
You are about to, if you haven't already, begin a growth spurt. As the testosterone kicks in it also helps to build lean muscle mass. Take advantage of this time - it doesn't happen when you get older. Turn off the TV and XBox. Get off the computer. Go outside and do something. Structured sports are great.
Remember too. It's OK to indulge once in a while. Just don't over do it.
Good luck!

Best way is to try not to have anymore of those fatty food, yes, including fast food (soda, sugars, sweet water). Just have water the amount you should have a day is about 7-8 cups of water.
& by not eatting won't help, eat food but just eat in small portions. get up and do everything for ex. if you need your shoes or something don't have anyone bring them for you you can get them yourself.
Another way is to help clean around the house, something that will keep you on your feet.
Another thing is that you can join a gym & exersice for at least 30-45mins 3days a week, if you dont have the money or don't like the idea of joining a gym you can also walk to the park walkaround, jog, kick ball, (like i said anything that will keep you moving) & walk back home.
if your 14 you can also walk to school with a couple of friends & walk back home afterschool.
Hope it helps.
