Hi, I'm a 17 year old high school student who has been getting their period since they were 11 or 12 years old. I have a few questions. Maybe you could help me?
First, I'm sexually active with my boyfriend - but we have not tried intercourse until last night. Long story short, he couldn't really get it in when we first tried without a condom. The second time we tried with a condom and he still couldn't get it in. There's no way I could be pregnant, right? We were fooling around beforehand and I'm positive that he did not have any pre-cum or actual cum on him since he did not ejaculate.
Secondly, I'm 3 days late from my period as it is. I have been getting symptoms as to where I assumed I'd be getting it such as bad backaches, acne on my face/back, food cravings, and mood swings. But so far nothing yet from my period. Is this common to having various lengths of time in between periods or at least skip periods? Sometimes I'll get mine 28 days apart, 31 days, 41, and so on. I've skipped a period 2x before too.
Please get back to me as soon as possible. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow after school. I may talk to my doctor about it.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Hi, I used to have irregular periods for years and yes I would worry all the time, from what you described I would say not likely. Also you can feel if your cervix is open or not, if it is open you are probably not preg, google cervix positions for more info, best of luck, I really don't think you need to worry, Liz
