I live with my mum who doesn't buy me the food I want to keep healthy. I try and try to make her give me smaller portion sizes. I am not a child who likes wasting food so I eat everything on my plate at most times. I do excessive for my pe lessons which is basically 2hours a week and I walk to school which is 2.9 miles away. I really need help. Please reply I need advice

first off im gonna say, everyone is beautiful in their own way. you don't need to be skinny to have friends or be popular. they will like you for you not what you look like. but hunny i get your problem im 16 and its tuff being in high school bc you have to try and impress all these people. but this is what i did,i told my parents im going on a diet and i need your support i cant do it without you. they told me they will be there for me only if im very serious about it. i was and still am. they hepled me look online to find meals that were healthy that the whole family would like. after doing that for a few days (a weeki believe) so i could getused to it, i started to work out too. in the mornings i would go running and do a little work out. in gym i did everything ihad to, thenwhen  i got home and before i went to bed i did the same thing i did in the morning besides the run. i hoped this helped! its going to be tuff i know but if you need any help im here just message me!
