Is it possible to have a successful revervsal and and a healthy pregnancy?

I had my tubes tied last year after birth of my son. I am 44 and really wish I could have one more. Sounds crazy but, the love of my live wants more children. I am healthy. Is it possible to have a successful revervsal and and a healthy pregnancy?
