It's a sun detox, the sun and UV draws toxens to the surface where the sun destroys them. The sun doesn't cause cancer, it causes forign materials to be drawn out of the body where they can be expelled. Moles and freckles are the same. Cancer occurs when you continue to feed the body bad and thus concentrate the detox on the skin where your epidermis ph is such that these toxens are able to stay attached rather than shed and they build to I point where they eventually kill the surrounding tissue and a foreign organism / cancer could eventually spawn from the bad bacteria that lives on dead cells and chemicals. Solution, mild tanning and good living food. The reason you break out in a rash most commonly around sweat glands or just shy of your privat parts is they are either high traffic detox zones or rare detox zones and tanning nude or getting sun to those zones causes the first real detox there. So good Healy and less minutes more often. This is a good thing, you want that out, just don't expect improvement replacing what leaves with a big Mac. For instant relief use an activated charcoal pill, mix with a little distilled water and apply. It will absorb all the bad causing the irritation within one min. Best to do a baking soda bath first to draw out and bad ascidity first then the charcoal will sooth. Don't believe! Do the mouth detox first. 2 TBS bakingsoda in your mouth untill you gag from the sour pH drop, spit rinse, your mouth will seriously hurt and throat burn from the detox. Rinse then add a charcoal pill and swish one minute and you will be better than before. If you have cankers or bit your cheak, do this as many times you can and next day gone especially if you have had them for weeks. It's all about cell death and detox
Hello everyone!!! I've had this happen to me a few times too. I developed a rash that was so itchy. Then I went to a new tanning salon. The owner was very strict on how many mins you would stay in the bed. I didn't understand this till she explained it to me. When your starting out with a tanning bed. You have to go slow at first and then build your mins up. If you would go in for 10-15 mins and you never tanned you are going to get a rash. It's also like sun poisoning. So what I do and this does help a lot. The first 10 times, I would only go in for 6 mins and then start building your mins. Then the 11th to 15th time go 9 or 10 mins, but if you find yourself burning or you start to itch then get out of the bed. This is what works for me and I hope this will help everyone.
Also if you do have a rash you should take a week off of tanning so your skin can heal. I would have to do this and it would suck, but it definitely helps.
