Just my 2 cents...my family and I have been taking Juice Plus since late 2007. Before that, we would get regular colds just like anyone else. My kids were young and they'd bring stuff home and get us all sick. Once we started the Juice Plus, I noticed there were no more colds, no more ear infections. I have had days/weeks where I slacked on giving the family the Juice Plus, and if anyone picks something up in the meantime, I kick back in the the JP and the cold never fully develops. Hardly even gets past the sniffles phase. This stuff is AMAZING. Anyone who slams it or says it doesn't work is either a competitor or has not tried it (or both). I'll always have it in my house, and I don't think I'll ever have to worry about anyone in my family developing cancer or heart disease (obviously we still have to eat right an exercise, but this is my insurance). Yes it can get expensive, that is true...but how can you put a price on wellness? I would recommend to anyone who has the means to invest in it. And no, I am not a distributor.

All I can say about Juice Plus is that I've been taking it for about 5 years and have not had a cold, sinus infection or allergic condition during that time. Since I had these problems before, I can only conclude that Juice Plus has helped prevent them. It is very expensive, but I hesitate to stop taking it because of the above reasons. I am not a distributor, nor am I interested in becoming one.

my sister has been selling Jp for quite some times too, she is completely brainwashed aswell....we do not speak anymore because as a soon to be graduated RHN (registered holistic nutritionist) I told her that her JP is garbage...it is not whole food, a carrot is whole food...I spoke to one of their doctors who actually told me that even if one did not change their diet of junk and fast food, by taking juice plus they would not have to worry about their health. This company is going to cause a lot of grief out there with there false claims....why do you thing that they chose distributors that absolutely no experience in nutrition what so ever....they can fool them not a nutritionist. I hope you all WAKE UP before you hurt yourselves.

Unbelievable! Juice Plus+ is exactly what it say's it is and has the science to back all of it's claims...

It seems to me if you prefer not to take the product, you just choose to not take it and that's that... It seems to me you are going quite overboard with your thoughts about Juice Plus+ and maybe the issue lays with your relationship with your mother and not with the Juice Plus+

I too have been taking Juice Plus+ for about 4 yrs. now and absolutely love the product! And yes, it has made a tremendous difference in mine and my husbands life... I won't bother you with the details, just know that most of the Juice Plus+ families that sell JP+, do so like myself because it has made a life difference in the life of them or a loved one and that is what has brought them to the business... I was on the product for 7 mo. and couldn't shut up about the way I felt... And that's when I decided to touch the lives of others... I work full time in a law school and am very level headed and have had years of experience in the health, nutrition and exercise field... Please try to be a little more open minded, after all it has been studied by Universities all over the world and has the science to back it! Double blind, gold stamp... It doesn't get any better...

Take a deep breath and try not to be so hard on the one's that know the benefits of JP+ and only want to share it with the ones they truly love~

Remember, Good Health is Happiness!

What science!!!!!! they make their own, it is a well known fact that this companie fund all of their research.....

Taking many fresh organic fruits i put them in my blender only using half of each the other saved in refrigerator for tommorows fruit meal but with a half of avocado and some cold distilled water i blend this the avocado is a good omega and makes the smoothy. you can add whey powder or plain yougart and turn it into a protein meal. but this is my Juice plus and it is organic that is all i use of fruits and vegetables. then the next day i use the other half of the fruits and do it again talk about live enzymes. and you refrigerate and drink throughout the day. delicious.

OK. I went to the sells pitch yesterday. A family that recently started taking it and now became a distributer.
They weren't too pushy but after trying some gummies and looking at the labels I struggled to see where the nutrients are "hidden" and decided to do some of the research myself to learn more as I was suspecting that it's some sort of pitch to have us buy some product that isn't all that wonderful.
Well, after spending most of the morning reading different things about this I came to the following conclusions:
- if people want to believe that this product is magical, so be it. I don't see the magic and it's certainly not shown in the "nutricional facts" section of the label. Just some powder with a bit of 3 vitamins and Beta caroten.
- why would I want to spend $40/ month on something that is not a good vitamine substitute (hardly any inside) and has none of the beneficial characteristics of the fruits and vegetables it is made of. Hardly any fiber left in the pills and none of the Zincs, B12s, Magnesiuim, Iron and other minerals normally found in vegetables.
- one is better off buying regular vegetables which in our case isn't a problem as we already eat a lot of those so we don't need a poor vegetable substitute that is overpriced. the whole point of eating vegetables is to get fiber which most americans lack in their diet and an artifical "inulin" found in most commercial food products claiming to have your daily intake of the fiber, is not the same as the real fiber found it veggies, fruits, oats and other grains.
- I have not taken the product but have not been sick for several years, am loosing weight, have energy and all of the other "good things" mentioned in the discussions above. but guess what, it's not because i take or don't take some pill. It's a blend of healthy lifestyle, good diet, excercise and proper level of vitamins and mineral intake. None of these things will do it alone.
- i just hope that the people who gave us this sells pitch don't become too pushy and will not get upset with us turning down their "magic" pills. They are not close friends but I would not want to destroy the relationship with them just because we don't want to buy something that they are pushing. It's their choice to take the pills and it's ours not to. My money, and I have a right to decide how want or don't want to spend it. At the moment it makes more sense for me to spend it buying actual vegetables and fruit plus the broad spectrum vitamine supplement that I've been taking for some time. this way I'm getting all of the fiber from veggies and fruit and supplement the missing vitamines and minerals with the supplement pill once a day.

The internet is such a great tool. In reading all of the posts about Juice Plus+, I can not help but wonder where the sources come from. I was introduced to Juice Plus+ by a coworker and knew I lacked fruits and veggies in my diet. I was interested. I watched the promotional video. I was a little more interested. I talked to another teacher friend who had been using it for several months. I was a little more interested. I studied the Juice Plus website, the researchers, their background, their studies, the medical journals from reputable colleges. I bought the product. Now, a few months later...I go to the doctor and they have taken me off my cholesterol medicine I have taken for over 20 years, my blood pressure was excellent for the first time in several years, my energy level is much stronger, I have an overall sense of better health....The bottom line is simple...Juice Plus+ is not God....I am thankful that I have added this product to my daily routine. At about $1.40 per day, that is minimal for the results I am seeing. Maybe it will do the same for you, maybe not. I have a new excitement about growing older with a healthier body...Please let me live that dream. I am by no means calling Juice Plus+ a magic solution, but it is working for me. If something else works for you, then take it.

When looking at a Vitamin/Mineral supplement to use.

First is no one product is going to provide everything your body needs for
vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, vitamin D etc. There are a lot of companies that use marketing hype to push products
that lack key nutrients our bodies need.

Second.
Age, Gender, Lifestyle, Activity Level, Weight, race all play a role in how much you need of certain key nutrients... for instance
if you live north of Washington DC in the winter time, you don't get enough Vitamin D3... You probably need between 3000-5000 IU.
This includes what you are consuming in foods, multivitamins and Vitamin d3 supplements.

IF someone is not taking any supplements and they start on a program with a "natural" product, most of the time they will feel better,
however, this does not mean there bodies are getting optimal nutrition.

I have been using the same companies products for over 28 years... I started using them because of the science and research behind the products. I continued using them because of the sound science and results I have received over the last 28 years... Choose what you put in your body carefully not all products are the same and not all products are safe...

If you look up www.mlmwatch.org/04C/NSA/juiceplus.html and search Stephen barrett MD the man who wrote the aticle. He isn't even a doctor. He's a retired psychiatrist who has a quackwatch page. what does quack mean anyway. it means "a pretender to medical skill; a charlatan" and "one who talks pretentiously without sound knowledge of the subject discussed." Also the first thing you learn about computers is don't believe everything you read..

Absolutely. It does not contain enough of either!
