I've been doing the Crunchy Nut diet for about a week and a half, and bearing in mind in that time I've been to a BBQ, had a burger king, and a chinese... I couldn't help myself!

I've also been doing Wii Fit for 30-40 minutes a night which is great fun.
Since last Monday 15th May, I've lost 3lbs my starting weight was about 129lbs.

Every day I've had cereal for breakfast (8am-ish), another bowl of cereal for lunch and some fruit (1pm) and when I get home from work I have 2 pieces of toast for dinner at around 6pm, after that if I feel hungry I just drink lots of water, but when you're walking the dog or playing Xbox or Wii Fit or whatever, you don't realise you're hungry. The key is to keep yourself busy and keep your mind off of food.

Although I haven't lost a lot, I can feel my muscles getting toned (thanks to Wii Fit)

I can fit into my clothes with a little more ease!

For the rest of the week and maybe next week I'm gonna stick to the diet without any slip ups and I should hopefully aim to lose about 5 - 6lbs.

The reason why some people never lose weight is because of an imbalance in hormones and proteins in the body. There are certain proteins that will increase your metabolism while for some it won't ... decreasing the metabolism and storing what ever you eat will gain you weight. It's not anything a diet can help with. It's a medical condition.

So if you have tried more than 3 diets and nothing worked ... go to a doctor and get medical help ... I would suggest a doctor who has some background in metabolic studies (not your family doctor). They will be able to help you.

For example ... Inside our body we have a protein called leptin which helps us with a healthy metabolism. But a defect in this protein makes a person extremely obese and no diets can help such a person. But they have found a way to control such patients .... so my advise is .. go to a doctor who knows what they are talking about ... it doesn't hurt.

I hate to break it to you, but if you try these crazy diets you will never loose weight and be able to KEEP IT OFF! You need to look at what your eating and really commit to exercising regularly. Its not going to be easy but then again you will be happier and healthier in the long run. Every time you try a fad diet, it messes with your metabolism and makes it harder in the future for you to lose weight.
Eat whole grains- They help you stay full longer
Read ingredients- You are probably consuming much more added sugar than the recommended 40 grams a day (which fyi turns into fat!)
Eat fruits and veggies with every meal
Don't even think about consuming any whole milk products, always get non fat, or low fat.
Watch your portion sizes, and listen to your body when it tells you that you are full!
if you are really serious about losing weight you will take all of that into consideration.

P.S. Special K is loaded with added sugar, and no nutritional benefits so good luck with that one!

For me, it did work, i didnt loose a lot, just a few pounds in two weeks but it was still something!
Im starting again tomorrow, and i cut up fruit and mix it in with the cereal just to make it that little bit tastier lol.
Its hard for the first few days because your body is getting used to not eating as much (i just pig out when im bored) but i will be eating fruit in between as snacks and drinking plenty of water! :-D

On the box. If you save enough box tops Dr. Kellogg will come to your house in person to cut off your clitoral hood or foreskin.
