Well good news for all my younger sisters! I too had hanging minora, one longer. After menopause they shrunk up and are completely hidden inside the majora. I always thought I was deformed because this was way back in 1956 when all we had were drawings in medical books. Thankfully today we have internet where girls can view all sorts of vulva images and see theirs are not only normal but lovely!

I'm glad you're happy, but that sounds like a nightmare to me. I have large inner lips and would hate to see them shrink any with menopause. I'm so against that happening that I asked my doctor about it (she's very easy to talk to) and she told me there are ways to prevent the changes in the vulva and vagina that can occur with menopause. For the vulva, to prevent atrophy of the tissues and any shrinking of the lips, you can do a daily press-and-release massage of all parts of the vulva. My doc gave me a link for a booklet online that explains it all (written by a female doctor who owns a sex toy shop). If anyone wants to read it, just google -Vaginal Renewal Program- and it will come up on the Good Vibes blog.
I know this question and the answer above is about women who are not happy with having large labia, but I suspect there are women out there like me who are happy with their larger lips and would like to keep them that way thru menopause, so that's why I posted the info above.

I can't speak for other men but I crave large labia they add distinction and make it more erotic for me because there is more to see and play with if every vagina looked the same I would probably stop having sex altogether. You were born with it love it and enjoy it and remember true love will love every part of you.
