I had the deeper cystic type of pimple come and go, come and go, then it came and didn't go and I popped and drained it (painful + tons of Slimer stuff), then it healed. Then it returned, deeper and stronger, and finally, when I couldn't walk without pain I went to the doc. He gave me local anasthesia, sliced the zit with his scalpel, screamed 'Holy Mother!' when a ton of gunk came out, then left a piece of cloth inside to let it drain and close without a cavity. A week later I pulled out the last of the cloth and the wound closed.
This whole affair shocked me so much that the psychosomatic factor changed - I don't get these monsters anymore, knock on wood.

I got this tooooo....... I I woke up one morning and I had this huge zit or what ever it is on my ass!!! I don't know why it turned up on my butt for I don't have any pimples what so ever on my butt. I don't know what to do or how to get rid of this ugly thing on my butt. It hurts soooo bad:(

You are not alone. I get these HUGE red blood blister volcanic pimples on my butt region and they hurt like a B***H. The worst thing is, I just got one growing from my gooch region and it feels like a third testicle's growing. Only this one hurts real bad. It also has a yellowish center that is crusted over and from the looks of it, it looks like it can't breathe. I'm dying and you are not alone if you are as well. Also, toothpaste? really? I'll give it a shot.

same here. i have this for two weeks and the first week i tried acme wash and it started feeling raw so i stopped and this week i did nothing and left it alone. so when i got out of the shower i noticed that it had a black dot on it and when i pressed it it felt like there was a hole in the bump. i scratched the dot and pinched the pimple and blood and puss squirted out and i use a wet wash cloth on it to wipe it up. i put neosporen on it after it stopped and a bandaid. i hope it gets better soon and i hope someone can tell me ideas on wat to do

i had a butt pimple too but i popped mine today and found that it has an enormous amount of puss in it. In order to pop it i just put pressure on it, like i was popping a pimple on my face, but more pressure on the "bottom" of the pimple

I got two of these last year that a doctor removed..they said it was a staph infection. This morning I woke up with one again :( this time i think ill just take care of it by inserting my 12 gauge in my mouth and painting the ceiling with my brains cause i dont want to go thru this painful embarassing process again. Yeah I get them quite often, they sometimes get a little itchy, and when I take a hot shower, I can feel them when lathering my buttocks, and they tend to erupt with the hot water, and pop open if I scratch them, and I know I shouldn't pick at them, but the infection is what makes them itchy, and I just want to get it out. It's so irritating, disgusting, and humiliating, and I feel so unattractive if my husband sees me standing in the bathroom drying off or drying my hair while I am air drying before getting dressed. I'm so tired of these stupid bumps. I've heard of acne on the buttocks before, and guessed that was the problem. I do wish they'd go away, any suggestions/answers?

ive read on pinterest to crush up some aspirin (without the coating) and put a little water with the aspirin to make a paste and put it on the pimples.

Hi, I know I wrote here a lot of time ago, but I have just seen it. I have the se problem since puberty n I'm now 23, what I have learned that washing the area with antibacterial soap it helps, then some tripleantibiotic helps on the thing... What I do have problems is having sex with lights on :( if u find a way to get rid of the horrible black stains they leave behind pleas let me know :(

i have gotten them to and it is mortifing to be naked or sometimes wear bathingsuits that can show a mark.

You guys need to try a Copper Serum lotion (by Dr.Pickard) for this problem it costs about $25 and you can use it on your face and other areas, and a red LED light will help also. I read elsewhere that these bumps can come out because of eating too much sugar. It seems to happen that way for me, anyway.
